    Excellent communication with business owner. Just ask for screenshot of tracking number through text and you will find out exact time/place your bird is. My parrotlet came in safely packaged with chicken wire windows so people could check in on her to see if she's safe. I'm glad she came back alive and healthy! I love her so much! She's seating out of my hand already, and letting me pet her on day two! It took a day to settle in of course, or more like, 12 hours of sleeping since she was exhausted from travel. Florida-California plus an extra night of shipping... poor thing was exhausted no thanks to USPS. I don't blame Fly Babies for her extra day in the mail, that's on USPS for handling live animals poorly. In summation, if you don't think it's a good idea to put an animal through the trauma of shipment and possibly rehabilitate it, don't order a bird from online. I am happy with my bird and experience otherwise.

    We are very happy with our choice. The canary was sent in a very nice package with vents and bird wasn't stressed at all. He isn't afraid of humans, and very positive. Clearly was taken care of with love. Would highly recommend this breeder. We also had very good communication throughout the process.
