Ordered birthday figurines and only half the order came. I have emailed and tried to do a chat to no avail. These were for my foster granddaughter’s birthday. I have not received ages 1, 2 or 3. I ordered them in July and I am still waiting. Not happy and sad.

Products are fine. But the service from Its a Black Thing/Kanes Publishing sucks. Website says will be shipped in 7-10 days. That never happened, I made 2 attempts to contact the company. I left messages and sent emails with no response. I contacted my bank to dispute the transaction and within a week or so, I finally receive an email that the product has shipped. This was a gift for my Aunties Birthday and if kanes publishing had communicated better you guys would stand to gain more than $90+. My aunty loves black angels, I could have went with Amazon but I didn't. Not sure if this is a black owned business but I was just trying to support you for that reason because I assumed you were black owned but it doesn't matter. If someone in management reaches out to me maybe we can resolve this but as of now, I'm shopping on Amazon from now on. Almost certain I won't receive the money I disputed with my bank since my order was finally shipped. I'm not sure but I feel like once i disputed the charge with my bank you guys finally decided to ship the products to keep from losing the money. I'm just very disappointed with the service from its a black thang/kanes publishing and unless someone from management reaches out to me as of now I plan on doing another review on google about your company. I'm very dissatisfied with the service.
