    This center is hiring unqualified instructors (No license or college degree in the appropriate subject). They leave the student unattended for the entire session (2+ hours) without checking on him/her. Staff and Director are rude and disrespectful to customers . We had terrible experience with this location and my son is totally unsatisfied with the poor education he received.When the director confronted about the background and education of her instructors, she stated that she does not need to tell us anything and her front desk employee asked us to leave.This place is very shady and I don't feel comfortable leaving my kid unattended for 2 hours to pay thousands of dollars for a college freshman to talk to him about subjects not related to Math or reading that we signed him up for.

    On 2/14/2022, I spoke with ************************* via Zoom to discuss test prep tutoring for my daughter. At that time, I informed Ms. ******* that we had several conflicts with attending tutoring every single week. I understood that as long as I gave sufficient notice, those tutoring appointments could be rescheduled. This was particularly important b/c my family already had several trips of a week or more in duration scheduled. This included not only a family vacation in June, but also our son's graduation week at the **** as well as a week at ********** in **********, *******, for the daughter for whom test prep was being arranged that was purchased several months prior to speaking with anyone at Huntington. In spite of what I was led to believe, and in the absence of any provision of policy, I was told by the franchisee (********************) that my daughter is out of tutoring time. When I suggested that is not correct per my records, I was given a listing of all of her sessions including the ones for which we gave notice. They are all charged against our account. I was told it is a "corporate policy" that absences still incur the tutoring fee WHETHER OR NOT NOTICE IS GIVEN. I promise you I would have had issues with this when initially arranging the service. While I am VERY unhappy with the inadequate service provided by Huntington's franchisee in *******, *******, I am equally dissatisfied with the response I am NOT getting from Huntington's corporate office. Despite emails and phone calls, I cannot get a live person to respond in any manner to me. I need someone from Huntington to contact me regarding this. I expect a refund of the money that I was charged for those sessions for which I gave notice. There are 3 2-hour sessions for which I gave much more than a week's notice. There is an additional session that we missed that was due to illness. In that instance, I had to call and cancel the morning of her session.
