    This place should be shut down! They hire high school students and first year college students teach! They let my son sit in the room for 2 hours to study by himself without any instructor present. I will take this issue to the state level and file a formal complaint about this shady business. The director is useless and very unprofessional and unorganized. Front desk employee is very rude and schedule your kid based on when they want not when parents wish! Communication is very poor that the director is isolated in her own world and does not know anything about anyone. Director has anger issue and does not know how to run a business as she treat customers with no respect.If you want your hard earned money to be spent on babysitting go ahead and sign up! I'm shocked on how clueless these poorly educated "instructors" are! STAY AWAY from this place!

    Our interaction with Huntington has been subpar when it comes to communication. We have ran into issues with scheduling and then being told one thing over the phone or email and when in the office it's a total different communication. My issue is with the Director, who has 'gas lighted' us and when confronted she doesn't admit it. I showed up for a scheduled appointment which she agreed to and then said no teachers were there. Then when I asked for a refund unused hours, she stated she called a teacher. I sat out in the parking lot for 3 hours to see if one would show up. The only one who showed up was the admin assistant. When I confronted her, she said she was a teacher, however, I had been there before and she never presented her as such. Now I awaiting a refund. I am just tired of the shadiness.
