    My acdc heat pump is 12 months old and it quit this morning. It has a 5 year parts and labor warranty. I called and was told they'll come look at it. The charge is $95 and the warranty does not cover that! They are gouging! When they installed the heat pump, they used a cable that was rated to low, and the county inspection called them out on it. They try to cut corners and take advantage of customers.

    Heads up Friends and Family i would NEVER recommend ** DC air conditioning to do any work! I recently had my whole system replaced 3/31/2023. I did not use the ** as my house is under construction from hurricane **** I turned the system on the beginning of June. From day 1 the filter was incorrect! The tech told me he didnt have the correct filter and suggested I purchase the correct filter. After I just paid $6500 . Today the ** stopped working. The filter was sucked up into fan so the unit shut down. They are charging me $95 for a service call.. to add insult to injury I have a maintenance service contract. NOT good customer service! AND the tech said the fan has excessive wobble but hes not doing anything about that! ?? Fuming mad in Rotonda!
