    I entered into a contract with Unique Marble on 06/02/2023. They were to replace countertops in my kitchen. The invoice stated a total price of $3,176.00.They came to my house on 06/05/2023 to take measurements. After two no shows they came to my house, unannounced on 06/29/2023, and I let them do the job. They finished up on 06/30/2023 and handed me an invoice for $5,264.00. I asked why the difference and they said there was a charge for labor of $2,080.00.If you compare the two invoices that I have included they look the same, except for the labor charge. They used the original invoice and date and added that charge without ever consulting **** foolishly paid the bill.

    Unique - Marble, Granite and Quartz clarifies what happened: on 02/06/2023 ******************************** attended our showroom and bought the Materials ( slab, sink, etc ),we made a Invoice with everything included besides labor because *************** was not sure of the messuments , we only added labor after template and **************** was informed about the balance difference and agreed to continue with the project , therefore, the value of labor was not calculated, but we informed you that we would add it to the budget.  On 06/05/2023 we went to his residence to carry out the measurements and carry out the lay out.  On 29/06/2023 we went to carry out the installation and presented the final budget deducting the amount of the advance according to the signed contract, everything in the most perfect order.
