      Great communication throughout the 6 month wait for repairs. They came when promised. Their rep apologized about the long wait, and said they have hired more employees. Hopefully that will shorten wait times. I have been very pleased with three other major projects Absolute Aluminum has done for me since 2020. I will definitely use their business again. It’s a well run company, and their priority is customer satisfaction, and they work endlessly to earn it.

      Our lanai stood strong through Hurricane ****** (as noted in my review in ****** Reviews abacus10475) except for a few tears that were incurred by flying shingles. We called Absolute Aluminum and contracted to have them survey the situation and subsequently finished the job. The Technicians and Service people were professional, courteous, ON TIME and friendly. Thank You, **** *.

      Taking 10 months to repair two torn screens on a brand new cage is not acceptable. Cancelling an appointment made because of minor damage after from Helene after Milton made the wait and damage worse. Finding out there was no warranty after the damage was done by a storm did not make me happy either. You have design problems and service problems.

      They were honest people. Absolute Aluminum was here when they said they would be here. The worked seemed to be really nice work that they did. They did a good job. I would definitely recommend Absolute Aluminum to other people. I have already.
