      Called for a quote after the hurricane, Sales person quoted us price 25% over competitors and 15 month lead time and said that was the standard. We felt pressured into signing. After finding out other companies would do it in 6 months 7K+ less we tried for 4 months to cancel contract with no luck. The Sales Manager refused to return out deposit or transfer to another project. He told me he would rather pay his sale staff commissions than return our money for no service. We reached looking for a service and help in repairing our home after a natural disaster and ended up getting priced gouged, lied to and ripped off. That should feel ashamed taking advantage of locals after a disaster.

      My *********** were very satisfied with the professional and trustworthy actions ********************* practiced overseeing our lanai project at our home in ****** *******. He kept ** informed from the beginning until the project was completed. There were no surprises. Absolute Aluminum is very fortunate to have such a dedicated and honest employee working & representing their company. We would highly recommend this company for the services they offer!If any issues or concerns...just ask for ****...the job will get done!!Ty again..***** & *********************

      Awful company after waiting a year with no updates.We are now selling the house but have to forfeit our deposit.They said they have done alot of work.They have done nothing except rip people off stay clear.My neighbor got a price on a lanai two weeks ago and already has install date.Good to know for next house

      We had a new pool cage in 2021 and during the hurricane some of the screws on one screen came lose but the screen stayed in place, the screen next to it had the screws come out and the screen fell onto the pool deck and on the way down damaged the screen next to it. We remember the day of installation and this section was constructed toward the end of day and we are of the opinion that the workers were rushing this to get home. We had called them several times but could not get through and finally were able to leave a message. They keep saying they are busy and will contact us not to call them again. I know they are taking care of new customers first that have lost their cages, as that is where the money is. Very unhappy with them to begin with, very rude when you call and ask a question about the installation. We gave a deposit in Sept. and work was not completed until April. I called to check on the job schedule in March and was told "Didn't you read the contract'??? Will see how fast they will repair our screens!!

      We were extremely impressed with this company. We were scheduled to have our lanai screen replaced and to create the open view of the cage. This was non-urgent scheduled work, and although we had to wait in line to get it completed, it was well worth the wait. They were very efficient once the work started and only took about a day and a half to complete. The end result is beautiful and well constructed. They stand by their proposal agreements. We have only praise for the company and the end product.

      Company refused to repair my lanai which had minimal damages because they said they didn’t put the lanai in, yet their number and logo are on my lanai. They refused to repair it cause they don’t have time which is understandable but then they said they could replace the lanai? Can’t repair but wanted to replace the whole thing. Don’t want anyone to think here that it was just us disrepair because it is not. They’re just trying to gut the insurance companies I’ll be reporting this business to bbb and insurance companies hurricane Ian damage

      left voice mail right after the hurrican, then filledo ut the form on their website - no feedback at all. Now tried again to call - now voice mail is full and cannot accpet messages anymore. Time will chnage and with this behavior they will be out of business - I now will share with all my contacts the terrible (no) service I received - we are talking about missing a job of $100k
