      We have had an incredible experience with Absolute Aluminum. Our project was very complex and needed so much customization and theyve truly exceeded our expectations. The new pool cage with panoramic screens are incredible. The pergolas, lighting, gutter systems have completely transformed our outdoor living space. Every employee was knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell they take pride in their work. Thanks to Sonny, **** ****** ***** ****, ***** 1, ***** 11, ***** ***** ******* Chandler, Will, ***** Keanu, ***** and the schedulers that kept us informed daily. They perform quality control checks along the way and a great punch list check at the end. Thanks *****! What a team to be proud of! (I sure hope I didnt forget anyone). We would highly recommend Absolute Aluminum and we are so happy we chose them!

      They set up a schedule, adhered to the schedule and all work was professionally completed.

      Came out did the work and then the final inspection. Then they sent men out later to replace all of the structural corner and angled panels because they installed ones that were not powder coated the first time. Now they are tearing out all the screws and putting more holes on the panels which degrades the integrity of the cage. All the screws are now replaced in crooked and it looks terrible. Unbelievable! They didn’t tell me that they were doing this. I’m really angry at this company because now I’ve got a cage that will probably blow down in the next storm. Thanks Absolute Aluminum for a 70 thousand dollar cage that will not withstand the next storm!

      Contracting with Absolute Aluminum to replace my pool cage enclosure was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The communication prior to demolition and construction was something I have never experienced with any other contractor. I was advised of their business process, the extras they put into their engineering, timeframe when payments were due and received communications regarding phases of construction, when they were coming and if any of these dates and times needed to be changed, I received prior notification of those changes. When I had questions I got answers within 24 hours. Personnel was professional and courteous. Post job cleanups were always performed and the construction of the finished product is excellent.

      After ******** got Absolute to come and quote me on a new pool cage in November of 22. I had used them before and was happy, so did not read recent reviews, Mistake! They said it would be at least a year to get to it and I needed to get in line as they were very busy and would be working their way down to ************** from ********. They required a 10%, $2900 deposit and said Id be lucky to get anybody sooner. I really felt a bit pressured and needed to get it done ASAP as my insurance company required me to have a cage for liability and they were being difficult! I asked if Absolute would call me to keep me apprised of when they were scheduling me and they said they only communicated by email but they would let me know. In August they change their install date to the following March of 24 or 16 months from my signing and deposit. Then they called and said it would now be December of 23. I wanted to speak to someone and no would call me until I emailed them to say forget it and said I was canceling the contract. I also thought to read some current reviews and they were less than stellar. THEN someone called, Nice guy but I was done! I told them for $29,500 not only did I want a few phone calls, I wanted them to hold my hand.that is customer service! I am NOT getting my deposit backthey worked with my money for over a year and kept itBAD BUSINESS! ****** learned..read current reviews.

      They did a great job. Quality, professional, responsive and great customer service. It took a while but it was worth it. Every time I had a concern they responded promptly and professionally. Also, their financing options were great and very welcome. I have many compliments from many friends on the cage installation. *********************
