    This process started in 2022 and has been ongoing ever since. I am extremely disappointed with 911 Roofing and feel compelled to warn others about their unethical practices. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare.First and foremost, 911 Roofing stole my deductible deposit. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, they have refused to refund my money $2,500.00. This alone is a significant breach of trust and professionalism.Additionally, the company lost crucial documents, including the dates of the storm and inspection, which were vital for my case. Their negligence in handling these documents severely impacted my ability to pursue my claim effectively.Moreover, 911 Roofing failed to show up for scheduled court dates, leading to the loss of my case. Their lack of responsibility and accountability has caused me immense frustration and financial ******* summary, 911 Roofing has demonstrated a complete disregard for customer service and ethical business practices. I strongly advise against using their services, as they have proven to be unreliable, unprofessional, and dishonest. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs.Update: Stay Away from ***** ****** and 911 Roofing Scam Alert!**After months of trying to contact ***** ****** for the refund he owes me, I posted a negative review on ******. Shortly after, he finally reached out, claiming he had been hospitalized for weeks and had used my funds. He promised to refund my deductible, saying hed mail it to the address on file after completing some jobs.On December 10, 2024, at 2:38 PM, ***** assured me again that the refund was coming. However, today is January 12, 2025, and I still have not received my money. ***** is now avoiding my calls, screening them through an AI answering system, and ignoring my texts.I want my refund!

    ************************************************ owned by ***** ******, scammed me. On August 2023, I contacted ***** CGCO31582 to replace my roof and fix hurricane damage. He suggested that we sue my insurance, which had previously refused to cover the cost, and that I will only have pay him my $8940 deductible and he will have them cover the rest. I wired him $8940 and signed the agreement, then he presented me to his lawyer, Mr. ********** *****, to file the case. I won, and the insurance company issued me $7140 and $13,860 checks. ***** asked me to transfer them to him to start work. Since I sent him $13,860 on February 15, he has held $22,800 ($8940+$13,860) but has done nothing, citing illness or incomplete paperwork. The *** sent me multiple roof violations and tarp removal violations because to its appearance. His delay and improper Tarp caused water to get inside, destroying the insulation. My tenant had complained and excused himself from paying rent on time due to the dangerous roof, sticking to lease conditions that require me as a landlord to fix it, it ended up that he end the lease and moved ****** May, ***** sent me NOC to sign, stating only roof replacement but no other items per initial agreement or replacing the wet insulation. So, I requested $22,800 back. He wanted 30% of the settlement citing that I am breaching the agreement, even though he is the one not sticking to it, but I accepted because I needed the money to finish the job. I signed his refund agreement in June, but he didn't. He neglected my requests for money or just a portion of it.I was deceived by the great reviews that *********************************************** had on their page, but it all turned out to be fake reviews, all were done on the same time by people that has no records,this scam did not only cost me $22,800 but, it caused my tenant to end the lease citing that the damages were not fixed, plus the time I spent on hiring another trustworthy roofer and handy man to address this, and also the legal costs.

    We did agree to a refund of $12,000.  Our original contract stated that our fees are 30% of recovered moneys from assistance to get his insurance claim paid. We full intend to refund the $12,000 but are also considering liable and slander suits against Mr. **** he has gone out of his way to contact as many personal and business contacts that he can find (to the point he is **** tracing business and personal contacts.) and slander us with half truths and false documentation.

    I am rejecting this response because: 911 Roofing and restoration did not refund me and as promised before or as per agreement. ***** ****** (911 Roofing) promised to refund the $12,000 since may this year, considering he is in possession of  22,800 that I paid him since February 2024, he also harmed my rental business, I would not accept his resolution unless he pay me the $12,000 in two weeks starting from 08/27/2024, and he has to sign and send the refund agreement listing his obligation to refund the money in the specified time frame.

    I have sent a detailed email to the BBB outlining the problems incurred with 911 Roofing.He took my deposit of $4450 in October and never did the roofing work. In January we terminated our contract with the promise that he was refunding my money within 14 days.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    There was no tarping of my roof by 911.  It perplexes me as to why he even suggests that he did.  Plus, I have evidence that he repeatedly told me as far back as December, 2023, and January, 2024 that he would be repaying me the full down payment of $4450 in as little as 14 days!  That means that he would be paying by the middle of February.   There was NEVER any reference to keeping 30% of the down payment.  He simply NEVER did ANY work at my home
    and continued  to lie to me. I have a copy of the agreement to break the contract dated 23 January 2024 signed by both me and ****************.

I will refund *****'s deposit as quickly as I can, I was hospitalized and I am playing catch up right now.     I am rejecting this response because: *********************** has neglected to repay me the money he owes me sin December of 2023! He is saying he needs a loan, or that he was in the hospital, however, as he never ordered materials or did any work at my house, my question is where did the money go? He is obviously mishandling funds in his business!

    I have waited long enough and now he wants me to wait until he receives a loan! Obviously he is not able to get a loanthis is unconscionable!

    Approx 08/30/2023 I called 911 Repair and Restoration. Company says that they could have a lawyer go after my insurance to pay for roof. Paid 3600 with a check on approx 08/30/2023 statute ******* says company should have began work by now. A month after giving the deposit I called and the company said they lost my record because they changed systems. The company also sent me a receipt saying I paid in full when I didnt. The lawyer company provided ( *******************************)said 911 Roofing and Restoration is ripping me off. Tried to locate physical address on license but I dont think it exist. ******** reviews do not have any locals so appear fake. The license belong to a 74 year old man that I called and did not have confidence he was running the company. After calling 74 year old ************************* ************ holding license, ***********************/ ********************* Called back and said not to call ****** the 74 year old. After looking up the phone number of *********************** found records that the number belonged to ********************* whos license expired 2022. There is a criminal mug shot of ********************* online that looks just like the man I gave my 3600 dollar deposit to. Considering all of these things I do not have confidence in the companies legitimacy. This has also been turned into the ****** of ********* Fraud. Fake physical address?Fake ******** reviews?74 year old holds license but not running business?not compliant with statute *******? Number belonging to ***** ************ also belongs to ********************* who has an expired license and was busted for cocaine? His lawyer ******************************* ************** told me that the company is ripping me off. I am a disabled Veteran with an anxiety disorder. Considering all of these things I am very uncomfortable doing business with this company. I would like to have my deposit returned or someone to verify this is a legit and legal company.

    There is no ********************* associated with our company our company has been in business for five years and has a address in *********. the **************************************************************************************************** perfect tact and has no issues. I spoke with the attorney that is referenced here and he says that he did not say anything of the sort about our company. This is a made up complaint, this person has never contacted us and we would be glad to resolve anything to clear up this matter. I would recommend this complainant contact us to resolve what issues he has.

    I do not feel comfortable talking to this company directly. I have zero confidence in the way they do business. I know they will not return my money because that would be something a legitimate business would do if there was a complaint. They took more than 10 percent up front without pulling permits and doing work with of the legal allotted time. I will simply part ways knowing I made a mistake by not doing a better background check on the company. It sickens me to my stomach that I lost 3600 dollars knowing I could use it to get my daughter braces. They should be ashamed.

    I do not feel comfortable dealing with this company. I have zero trust in them. I feel they want me to call so they can control and manipulate me with lies. I simply want them to return my money. He said it cost hem 1200 to tarp my roof. ( not that I believe him) I paid them 3600 so if they return 2400 then I will not pursue the complaint any further and consider it settled. They lost my info after I paid them, they sent a receipt saying I paid in full. They refused to respond when I was having an emergency with my roof leaking. I was told they would help get insurance money for my lanai and garage also but instead they tried to keep it all for themselves. They charged me 7 to 8 thousand more than three other quotes i received. The lawyer they referred me to is the person who said the company was ripping me off. I just want my money refunded please and thanks.

    If the company refunds at least 2400 dollars I will consider the issue settled. I was unhappy with the way they handle business. I do not have any confidence in this company. Especially after the discussion with the lawyer. Im not sure why he is providing them information about my case. I thought there were rules/laws about lawyer client confidentiality. They provided a perfect example to you why I dont trust them and am dissatisfied with their company.

    I never signed or notarized any agreements. I am telling the truth. This is when I became concerned about the situation. Their first mistake was sending me a receipt which said I paid in full. ( I provided the copy earlier) Then I called a month or so later to check on my case and they said they lost my info because they changed systems. I was upset because I gave them 3600 and they lost my info! Then after talking to the lawyer he asked if I had other things the insurance was suppose to cover. I replied yes the lanai and garage door. The lawyer said the roofer wanted over ***** for the roof. I said I had to quotes previously, one for ***** and one for *****. He the told me that they were definitely ripping me off. He acted aggravated about the situation. I made attempts to find the office that is near my work but had no luck. Then I looked at reviews and saw no local customers. ( that seemed odd) Then when I searched Waynes personal number it pulled up info about an expired contractors license. (This made me concerned) I could be wrong about the address (which I still cant find the one on their website) or the ********************* that was also a contractor that had Waynes number. But I am not lying. I am a disabled veteran that wants this to all go away so I can concentrate on my children and health issues. It is the absolute truth that I had an awful experience dealing with this company. I just want this situation to be resolved and would like to know what their resolution would be. What is the Companies proposal to resolve the situation? I would the that a highly rated company would want to take care of unhappy customers. I am a reasonable person. I just want this to be resolved. I am willing to listen if you have an honest proposal.

    I am unhappy with the fact that your company did not do a better job protecting my roof after your initial inspection. By failing to do so my home took water damage. I feel this could have been prevented. Also at the bottom of the agreement you sent me it says you will meet or beat all competitors prices. When I sent a text expressing my concerns about what you are charging compared to other quotes I received you did not address my concern. I didnt understand why you would claim to beat or meet competitors prices but charge several thousand dollars more than the other quotes I received. This caused me to greatly lose faith in your company. It gave me the impression that you will say one thing but do another. I am requesting that you please release me from the agreement and not seek further money. I will not request money paid to be returned. I will not complain about my experience with your company on social media. I will not file a complaint against your license with the Department of Business & Professional Regulation. Please consider the fact that I am veteran on VA disability for a sever anxiety disorder and this experience has been awful for my anxiety. I have missed work and had to go to the Dr due to this sever anxiety caused by the concerns I have addressed. I made you aware of my anxiety disorder in a text.
