  Took advantage of a Senior Veteran in ******, **. Took the money and never did the roof as contracted. Luckily the client was able to get the **** involved, and got his money back after an entire year! Excuse after excuse after not returning calls for months. Run far, far away from the "business".

  This company is terrible! I worked with them on an insurance claim for my roof. After two years of going through mitigation, I finally won my case and this company was supposed to come replace my roof. This process started in February, 2024. They demanded 100% of the money up front- $50,323.07. I reluctantly paid them. I have been asking where they are since February. They had excuse after excuse why they couldn't come do the work. Then in March, he said his license expired and had to wait for that to get updated, Then in April, our county had a cyber breach, so he used that as an excuse why he couldn't get a permit. Then finally in May, he started the work. They spent about 10 days to remove the old shingles and do a dry-in. May 18th was the last day I saw them. Rain came and the roof leaks. Its June 7th now and no shingles, no roofers, no estimate of when they can finish the work. Just excuse after excuse. Now he says he will order shingles, which I paid for in February. In March and April, he said they were in stock. In June, he says he'll order them. Dishonesty, fail to do work in a timely manner, against the laws of the state and the sub contractor called me and said he hasn't paid them at all. The subcontractor has been stiffed by them and is suing them for failure to pay. There are many other issues but this company is totally dishonest. He gave the subcontractor a check for $10,000. and it bounced!

  I suggest you don't use these people!! They are stretched way to thin and are hiring cheap labor who don't know what they are doing. They cut corners on materials and you end up having to fix the work they do. We reached out to these people who touted a 5 star BBB rating after Hurricane Ian. It has been 15 months and we are still getting excuses and delays and he wants more money. I finally fired him for lousy workmanship and repeated delays. I'm out a lot of money and now have to do the finishing work myself. Don't get fooled!

  Buyer beware! This company advertises they are BBB accredited and they are not, understandably so. Requested a 50% deposit on the job, we negotiated deposit down to 25%. After holding our money for over 2 month, never providing the service hired to do, they cancelled the job. At that point all communication stopped. Wouldn’t return calls, texts or respond to e mail. Luckily, we had paid through PayPal, who had to pull the money from 911 Roofing & Restoration’s account. Wayne was rude and argumentative and told me I would have to deal with PayPal and my credit card company to get our deposit back. I would not recommend this company.   ***** and his team did an outstanding job working with our insurance company and cutting through the red tape to get our roof fixed. The insurance company was severely underestimating our repair costs and ***** stood up for us when we needed help. Thank you! Would highly recommend!
