    Do not use ****** *****/A CUT ABOVE THE BEST, they did a horrible job installing curbing at our home. The work we required was to replace the existing hurricane damaged curbing. The companys manager ****** ***** could care less about the quality that he declares he is dedicated to in his advertising. He claims his company has 26 years of experience, he is 35 years old, and the average age of his non-English speaking crew was in our estimation was the early 20s, so that claim means nothing. ****** ***** got these guys started and left for the day. After the cement dried and the dust cleared, we discovered 150 feet of the most horrible quality of work you can possibly imagine (picture proof is available on the Sarasota county clerk of the courts website ***************************************************** case ** **** ** ****** **, you can see 90 pictures of ****** ****** QUALITY work and find his real business address. ****** ***** ****** ****** response to this disastrous situation was that he would only fix about 25 feet of it and refused to do any other repair work in writing, We sued this company, and the Judge ruled in our favor stating that the job done was horrible in her view based on the curbing evidence pictures we presented. ****** ***** was ordered to reimburse us $3,195.46 on December the 23rd, 2024 and to date he has disobeyed this Court Order and not paid us.We missed one important step in choosing ****** ***** with A Cut Above the Best which we now know is an unregistered, unlicensed and probably an uninsured business that is not concerned with customer satisfaction and have we had done a simple ****** search of ****** ***** prior to hiring him we would have seen his Mug shot (************************************************** ) which would have prevented us from using his company. ****** ***** has proven himself to be an all-around bad guy.

    BUYER BEWARE After being quoted a price and contracted to do a privacy hedge we decided to add 5 more bushes which we knew would be more money ! Unfortunately we did not get a signed contract on the extra 5 ( stupidly ) After installing everything the following day the head guy comes to collect The price DOUBLED !!! We were shocked to say the least but had no choice but to pay I should have read the reviews on Yelp and the BBB BEFORE hiring this rip off company Apparently they have done this to other people ! They havent returned any of my calls since !!
