      I received moldy oranges and wanted a refund OR another box carefully packed. Their answer was we dont do refunds and need photos. I took a photo of one disgusting, moldy orange and they said they could not download my photo. They do not do refunds?Bad Business. WTH?

      We do apologize for the manner in which the fruit arrived.  According to the copy of the email, our agent stated:  
       
      "Dear *****:
      Thank you for notifying us of the unsatisfactory manner in which your package from Hale Groves was received. We would like to extend our sincere apologies to you.
      Unfortunately we're unable to view the attached photo.
      We can submit a credit request for any pieces that were not satisfactory.
      Please let us know the total count of moldy pieces.
      For quality assurance purposes, if possible, please email a photo of the damaged fruit to ***************************************.
      We do value you as our customer and appreciate your business.

      We do in fact want to always make it right for our customers.  The fact that we could not view the photo warranted additional information as we do not always do "full credits" or "total replacements" when the spoilage may be limited to a piece or two. However as mentioned we do want to make it right.  May we suggest contacting our customer care team at ************ and advise the agent as to how many pieces were spoiled and at that point they will make sure to make it right.

      They shipped to the wrong address and when I brought this to their attention, they said I must have typed in wrong address and that for 50% of order they would ******. I have lived here over thirty years and my billing address was correct and highly unlikely I would type in a wrong address. I am out 2 pennies shy of 43 dollars, nothing to show for it. I was looking for a place to join a citrus club and this won't be the place. Steer clear of them.

      Customer did in fact place the order online with no agent interaction.  According to order submitted and the order confirmation that was sent to the customer on 1/15/2024 to email address ********************, the shipping address that was submitted by the customer was *******************************************************************. This order was not processed for shipping until 2/13/2024 nearly a month later which would have given the buyer ample time to contact us to modify the delivery address on file.  With no contact the order simply flowed through to our packing house and a label was created based on the information submitted from the consumer.  It is our policy to work with our customers to make it right for them and in cases in which the customer provides the incorrect delivery information, we do in fact discount a future shipment at 50%.  Our order confirmations are sent not only to recap what the customer ordered, but also as a opportunity for the consumer to verify all order information including product and shipping addresses are correct.  We do apologize for the inconvenience, but ultimately we do not agree that this rating should reflect negatively on our business.

      Rotten oranges, ****** ripe mushy pear. The salvageable fruit is substandard and flavorless.

      Not only did I wait for my order, my order of (hand picked honey bells ), contained rotten bruised and moldy fruit! The box was the only presentable thing..What a shame!!????
