  Just used them and they quoted me a low price then added 200 hundred dollars to release my furniture. They are a disgusting business! DO NOT USE THEM. I am currently disputing charges with my bank!

  Beware of this Scammer. I was quoted for $1600, and after they hold my belongings hostage I had to pay $7,560 for them to release my furniture, and they do not allow to pay credit card or check, only cash!!!!

  They were late but the driver called me several times and stayed in contact. The move went smooth, no issues, no added fees just the extra hour needed to complete my move. I was happy and satisfied with the service

  BUYER BEWARE! It's sad because most buyers won't even see these reviews since they function as 1 Man 1 Van online. We have the same story as everyone else. We were quoted a low price, not clearly explaining that the bill we received was not the final bill, and we were led to believe that what we were quoted was the final price. I understand they are a business and if they had charged me a small amount over the quote that would have been fine but we were charged $500 more for a move that was 20 minutes away! they hold your items hostage and force you to pay cash once at your new location. This is a classic bait-and-switch ****! Their customer service is atrocious! The supposed supervisor ***** ****** hung up on me because I was trying to get her to understand our perspective. The agent in the resolution center when I called today just kept trying to tell me that I needed to know that they are running a business and all she could do for me was send information over to the sales agent to not mislead customers.

  ********!!!Present price estimate and charged excessively over/ more than double!!!Refuse to release furniture until EXCESSIVE amount was paid in cash!!!I was told by mover that if I called police that they werent going to do anything.

  DON'T USE THEM! They will lure you by telling you a very low quote. They will hold your belongings hostage until you pay them cash for the final balance which will be 10 times more than the quote.You can file complaint here - ********************** ************************************************************

  My estimate was for $491. They too extra long getting to locations to add time. My final bill was $1868.14. They refused to unload my items till I paid them in cash or money order. They also could have cared less about handling my items with care. They charged for drive time which was over an hour longer than it should have been because they got lost and they stopped for beverages at a gas station. Plus they charged for the total move time whisk also included drive time. So they charged for this twice.

  No star for this moving company, they call me 100 times to close with them I have already another company on the line up and they said that they will give a better price so I drop them and went for it ,it was a simple move with I have everything ready for movers to do it easy I hire for 3 hours and the job we load the truck in 1/2 hour ,when we get to destination they said that I have email and we need to paid in full before unload the truck my arrange was $335 and everything extra than 3 hours was $99 They give me a invoice for $795 and they wont bring anything out from the truck until its paid in full We feel robed and its a scam the ladyAngel didnt pick up the phone and the other lady on the phone she was so rude,cant belief I believe them They are liers ,everything was explained over the phone to the sales rep and Im so obsessed I will like to bring this people to court because I hey robed you on your face and they are not honest people I hope one day they will pay for the lies and all people that ****** off

  Dont use these people they are a scam. They have one person for sales and shes rude AF. ***** and **** act all nice at first but once they have a deposit they ghost you. After they try to get you for more money and try to scam you into saying you need something bigger! Dont do it
