  If I could rate **** that would still not be enough. Never ever use this company. They quote you one estimate and then charge you 3 times that amount even though you go over everything that needs to be used. The driver explained AFTER the fact of wrapping up your furniture of the additional cost. Also they use ex-cons as movers (dont get me wrong I know everyone deserves a second chance, but you still need to be cautious).

  They are scammers. Read the reviews on ********* I wish I did. They are so nice on the phone and until they get your stuff then they add fee after fee without ever telling you. Once they have your stuff you have no choice then to spend the money to get your stuff. Our cost went up thousands of dollars from the original quote. So sad there are so many scammers out there.

  If Zero was an option it would be Zero.I was given a quote and a move date that no one showed up for. You are hard pressed to get someone on the phone here because it seems only two people work there. When I complained that the movers never showed and I wanted a refund they said no they don't do refunds but would be willing to apply my deposit to another move (because of course you have about two or three moves a year). So I had to find someone else to move or just lose 500 dollars. When they gave me the quote on the next move the person I talked to quoted me an astronomical amount. They went down about 500 because of all the employee errors associated with my account. When the move date and time came they rescheduled on me 3 times. When they finally arrived they were one man short and still charged me for the extra guy that didn't show. Then they put all my items in the truck which was about 6 pieces of furniture. They took a half hour lunch while on the clock that I was paying for. When they arrived they at the new places they said I owed an extra 400 dollars and would not give me my furniture if I did not pay them. This company is a barely legal con artist operation. Never use them.

  Provided descriptions of items to ship and received two estimates for Winter and Spring rates. Proceedings with winter rate was less expensive so moved forward on the estimate. Upon arrival they packed up items and loaded them on to their truck. They immediately said the estimated cubic feet was double the amount for the estimated cost. The also included additional mileage and origination charges that were not included in the estimate provided.They transported the items back to their warehouse. Upon loading them on another carriers transport they again increased the cubic feet increasing the cost to from $1,240. to $5,215.This is a bait and switch operation and beware. Communications were always difficult and shipment delivery time was extended for lack of driver or weather conditions.
