bought a cart on 12/31/23 for $7950 with a 6 month warranty. 3 weeks later cart began leaking from the rear. QC said they fixed it. 2 weeks later tires began blading and steering was dangerously loose. ****** said I was to blame and would have to pay for pick up and tires. I decided to being it to have it looked at by a reputable golf cart repair place ( **** Golf Cart). It was determined the cart was defective and actually dangerous that the tires could have fallen off while driving and it was not safe to drive. Had it delivered back to seller. He was aggressive and verbally assaulted my husband and I and told us to get the * off his property. He texted 20 minutes later and said we would need to pay for tires and he would fix the leak. He refused to talk to me or my husband because he said we were "entiteld" and putting our finger in his face. ( Not true) WE had to get someone from my husbands office to go back and he said he would only talk to this other person not us. We refused to pay for new tires because it was determined the axil was missing lug bolts and this is why the tires were falling off and balding. He said he would fix the leak. He. called us 2 weeks later and said get our cart but refused to say what was wrong or what he repaired. HE said I was lucky he fixed it. HE called **** "trust fund babies" and said they had no idea what they were doing. Took cart back to ****- the whole front end had to be rebuilt because defective sham parts were used- $1595 and 3 months later I get the cart back home and I used it once and it starts leaking from the rear. Now I can't use it without fear to cause more damage. So I have spent $9450 on a golf cart I can't use. He has blocked my phone number.

These claims are as false as can be, for a multitude of reasons. I'll keep it short and keep you from having to read a emotion based essay, *** stick to the facts.

1- This person bought a USED GOLF CART.  Used vehicles have no warranty,  especially a recreational vehicle.  This is quite standard for nearly anything not just golf carts.

2 - even if there was some type of warranty, tires are a wear and tear item and not covered under any warranty,  especially on a off highway recreational vehicle.

3 - they complained about the tires many months later, not weeks as her lying complain to you states.

4 - if they wanted an alignment done so the tires wouldn't wear out, they should have had that done before the tires were bald.  They waited til the were bald, and then tried to get us to replace the tires and us to pay for them, as if it was not due to their own continued use

5 - If she got a leak in her rear tire, that means obviously she ran something over that caused a leak and the tire needs to be plugged.  That has nothing to do with us.

It's been almost a year since they bought the cart.  If you wonder why I said they weren't entitled to us paying for these things they as owners are responsible for,  I'm sure you no longer do.  This is abhorrently absurd.

We did offer her a very generous offer at that time.  I offered to replace the tires at our dealer cost instead of retail, and repair the slight oil leak, at no labor.  All she had to do was pay the $300 for the actual tires, akd do the aliment as well.  Which in my opinion is above and beyond what they were entitled to.  They were extremely unreasonable people.  Even the friend they bought was in a agreement that they were completely wrong and being unreasonable.

The woman was also extremely aggressive yelling in my face and sticking her finger in my face.  I have 2 employees who witnessed this and will attest to this. That is why I asked them to get off my property.

Now, many months after this happened she got a leak in her tire, she files a complaint with the bbb? That is absurd.
