  SCAM ARTIST , That saying it mildly. Bought a cart from this company thinking it was a decent family business. Boy was I mistaken. First he sells me a used 2021 Club Car Tempo. It had a lithium battery. From I past experience I asked what about club car proprietary batteries that can't be maintained or serviced by outsiders. He said he had that covered with a good friend from the company. Then he promised to paint as we agreed upon the cart color of my choice. That never happened. he bought Chinese aftermarket body parts. Okay , no biggie. Than the delivery took over a month cause of a controller issue. Finally I got delivery . Immediately I noticed the digital voltage meter didnt work and the direction signal were crossed and left was right in the rear. He sent a tech out and I help him snake the wires for the signal lights. However another tech returned 2 months later for the voltage meter repair. I wasnt there but he seem to do a great job. I did speak to the tech regarding the rear lights on all the time and and i would be away for months would it drain the battery . He assured me the ******* will only let it run down to 90% and then recharge. Fast forward 2 months later. I show up at home to find battery dead. Charger won't turn on. No they picked up the car. Next thing I am told need new battery , motor and controller $5000. He promised this one would have a 5 year manufacture warranty. I paid the invoice. Then I read the invoice and seen no warranty. He claims he will write it in. I asked what happens when you close that shop or change names. You promised a factory warranty. The credit card company said charge is pending and 20 mins after i charged the invoice , he claims he ordered all the parts and I am stuck. We had a conversation just 20 mins after I paid and he said he was on the road. I offered to pay for his time and return my cart as is. He now said I owe him $650 cash and wont share the invoices from his supposed order of parts. STAY FAR AWAY

  Scam artist and rude. Buy at your own risk... Broke loser. :)Next time be nice to your customers.

  Quality Carts is owned and run by someone who is dishonest and does not adhere to business practices with integrity or maturity. I bought an ATV from him in March and paid online, since he was an hour and a half away. I only (in my mind) confirmed that there was a title after paying (my mistake). I didnt think that a business owner who sold motorized vehicles all day would be selling things without titles. However, I was then told it didnt have one but it was ok since it was an ATV. When we got there, it looked to be in great shape and he briefly started it. He said that hed only used it one time. We paid him to deliver it, which happened a week later at 9:30 pm after waiting all day. The guy who delivered it said that they had been out ripping around in it all day. After my husband got into it, there were a myriad of things wrong with it. I also found out after 2 DVM visits that without the correct paperwork being filed and no title or vin number on the receipt I could not register it in my name. I texted him to ask about the vin number and and was told it didnt matter because it wasnt a car, and why am I coming at him months later. Thats the abbreviated version. I told him I would leave a bad review and he said I was a nasty person and that I knew there was no title. This was only true after Id already paid him. So, I left him a bad review. Then, IMMEDIATELY I started getting calls from realtors thinking that my name was ********************* interested in a myriad of properties. So, in retaliation, he gave out my phone number, fictitiously. This guy is a liar, and shady. Never buy anything from his business.
