5 starshave been using Radco ac heat and appliances for years now. They always show up on time. *** snd ***** are always so friendly. If I have a problem they they always explain everything to me in detail. I recommend there services to anyone. They are also reasonably priced in my opinionReview fromCharles C

5 starsCame home from vacation and the house was 96°. Called Radco they came out and diagnosed the problem a leak in a coil. They contacted the manufacturer and had to argue on my behalf to honor the warranty. The new coil came in Radco installed in the unit was up and running. 2 Days later the other coil went out, manufacturer was arguing about replacing the coil, Radco on my behalf argued for me and when the manufacturer would not honor complete warranty redco stepped in got the coil installed it and my air conditioning was up and running. My ductless mini split ac was leaking water on the inside all over my wall and floor and I could not use my unit. I called another contractor and they assumed the line was clogged so they cleaned out the water drip line from the outside but in 2 weeks time it started to happen again. Having not much faith in the first contractor, I called Radco and spoke to ***** who was so wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable about ductless mini splits and scheduled an appointment for me. ***** came out and completely opened up my unit to clean the unit and to find the problem. He was extremely knowledgable and very determined to find the issue, which he did, a huge clump of grass that was growing up inside the water drip line from the outside! He pulled out the entire clump of grass and throughly cleaned out the line again, put it back together and it has worked perfectly since then! I highly recommend Radco, especially ***** and anyone who has a ductless mini split. Thanks to ***** for diligently working to find the problem, going above and beyond and fixing it! I will definitely be using Radco again for maintenance and if any other issues arise with my unit.

5 starsMy air conditioning went out, and waking up to 88 in the house I did some troubleshooting and realized my condenser fan motor was seizing up. After making a call they came in to open up the store even after dealing with an emergency the night before, just to help me get the parts I needed. I got a full rundown of which wires go where. After 15 minutes of replacing the condenser fan motor, the capacitor and the start kit, I turned the breakers on and flipped the thermo to cool. The unit started working again like a champ! I'm very thankful and grateful for the help!I'll definitely go to Radco when I need anything else! Thanks a bunch!-*************************Review fromMike S

5 starsI signed a maintenance agreement with Radco almost two years ago, every time I call in for an appointment the office personnel is polite and helpful. The service tech always call and show up on time as promised, they do a great job of checking the unit and if nothing is wrong they don't try to sell you anything.I have been very satisfied with Radco and would recommend them to anyone.Review fromChristian G

5 starsRadco gives fantastic service, and has made many wonderful compromises on pricing and scheduling to make things happen as soon as possible. They keep our appliances in great condition, even when theyre older or obscure pieces that arent easy to work on! 5 starsWe called Radco because of a air conditioner problem. The service tech arrived about one hour later. After diagnosing the problem, he explained what the issue was, and the solution. 5 starsWe recently had our regular HVAC service call. *** and his staff are excellent. They know their business and are prompt and efficient. They communicate very well and keep our system in top-notch order. They are analytical and make appropriate recommendations as needed. We are very satisfied with RADCO's personnel and services.
