Great company, on time, shows up asap after call. They make sure you understand what is going on and why. And they had everything with them to fix it same day. Nice pricing, I would definitely recommend them.

We had our air stop working on one of the hottest days this year, called radco at 5:30 pm and they were right here at 10 am the next morning.They would have come that night, but we decided to wait til next morning. Keith was our servicman and he was polite and prompt with everything he did. He explained to my grandmother what was wrong and what needed to be done before continuing on with work. He was very patient with her, We will be staying with Radco for any future needs! Ty for getting us cool again! See you in a few months for our service check up!Radco Refrigeration and Appliances, Inc.

I stopped at the Radco shop to get a capacitor as my AC was out overnight. Robin ******* the President met me at the door in a professional helpful manner. I know more than told him what I needed, he retrieved the part and had his man entering the order. I shared with him that my compressor is aging and likely a little tired, thus expiring a capacitor annually. Robin suggested a Hard Start Kit as a supplement to the capacitor. I am an EE and understood the value in this product, and had no idea it existed. This is exactly what my aging compressor needed to lessen the burdun of start ups and power brown outs. I am surely grateful for the engineering disussion and help. I did not feel upsold at all, contrary I felt very supported. Thank you Sir!Radco Refrigeration and Appliances, Inc.

I personally wanted to take this time time to answer your wonderful kind words about our sales and services practices. Mr. ******* I enjoyed the time we spent talking about your air conditioning systems needs. Not many people listen to our advice on how to make there a/c system work more efficiently and last longer. Most people only want the bare minimum to make it work. Mr. ******* thank you for actually listening to me about how the a/c system actually works. Most customers only think that we as EXPERT technicians here at RADCO are only trying to up sell them to make more money. We only have the customers best interest to make there system last as long as possibly can. Mr. ******* please stop in any time or call us any time if you ever need our services again in the future. Our a/c was working but there was a leak from the pvc pipe that we knew should not be. Keith was our service technician from Radco. He was prompt, on time, and when we explained what the problem was, went right to work fixing it. He cleaned the coils, checked the filter which was ok, explained to us what he had to do and took pictures to show us before and after of how the problem was solved. He tested equipment and flushed the drain system. He understood what the problem was and how to fix it. We are so thankful Keith was our technician and will ask for him again if we need help with heating and a/c. Keith is a great technician for Radco. Keith helped us on 8/04/2022. We will definitely recommend Radco to family and friends.Radco Refrigeration and Appliances, Inc.
