    Awesome company and people! I highly recommend them for any repair work. They took no time to set up an appointment. They gave us a time the next day and called before they arrived. When they arrived, they thoroughly explained what was wrong with our dryer and how they were going to fix it. The dryer was fixed in a timely manner. They also suggested ways to avoid the problem in the future. Rob and Keith were very friendly and professional.

    I had an issue with my HVAC unit. Radco stated they will be at my property to look at it between 10-2. They arrived at 10:00. They looked at my HVAC unit and Rob explained in full detail what was the matter and how to fix the unit. I really like the company because they are on time, very professional and got the completed the job in a timely matter.

    ***** is an awesome tech - professional, thorough and easy to understand. His work is top quality and it is a pleasure doing business with him!Radco serviced our existing hvac as well as our clothes washing machine.When they reached their end of life, ******* made excellent recommendations for their replacements. We also added the ionizer to our new heat pump and condenser units and are delighted with the huge difference it makes with cleaner air.Recently added surge suppressors for additional protection. ************************** and *** take the extra steps to ensure you are 100% satisfied. They consistently deliver on their promises and we highly recommend them.

    Bring this company to court for making unnecessary withdrawal from bank account, charges over 100% over price of a motor, never fix the problem, refused to come back out to house, office staff choose who they want to talk to by leaving you on hold then hanging up. Please don't use this company, $1595.00 and unit did not work. Never talked to owner and they choose and pick who they will work with. Called another company and fixed with-in 1 hour. Terrible company. Will let everyone know what happens in court after Christmas break. Remember don't call this company. Call Rice Air-Conditioning. I had to give them one star to admit this review,

    Just returned to Florida as a snowbird. Air conditioner was not working properly. With their quick response time, we are up and running. Rob and Keith explained things clearly in detail as to what needed to be fixed plus other options that could be considered and in what order and time line. They were very courteous and answered all our questions . We look forward to doing further business with this company, even if it is only for scheduled maintenance.

    I lost heat to my home called radco and they responded very quickly. *********** are very friendly and always act in a professional manner. They diagnosed the problem and repaired in a very short time. I would not use anyone else but radco.

    Have used Rob a few times now for ac and appliance repair and parts. And everytime he goes above and beyond to help find the right part. Always friendly. Always fair on price and recommends fixes that last. Not bandaid that will end up costing more in the future.

    Thanks *****, its always nice hearing from you. There is nothing better then having your spirits lifted by someone's kind words. Very few people spend the time to leave a good message. You have been a customer for many years now. You know that there is nothing that we would not do for you. With the state that this country is in right now, everyone is suffering with money issues. We are trying to keep our prices down, but finding it almost impossible to do. Because we are not the one man band nor the company that runs Monday through Friday 10 to 2. We work every weekend, nights, 10 to 15 hours a day. It amazing how we here all the time that I cant get in tough with my regular company. That's because there regular company was out fishing, Drinking, generally just out having a grand all time. There not caring about there customers with not A/C or Appliance/ Refrigerators working. We go out over the weekend fix it properly with a warranty. Always Monday morning my regular guy would have done it *********** answer is always the same to them. Then why where they not there to service you. THANKFULLY YOU ARE NOT ONE OF THEM. You have a wonderful day keep in touch my friend, Thanks again for kind words we are here for you any time.     ***** helped repair my ac fan/blower that stopped working. He replaced the unit and I got a new thermostat. I'm happy with the service. Ac is working again and it's much quieter now too.
