      Hi, I called a few months ago and canceled service with this company. I told them my house was on the market and I would no longer need trash pick up so they canceled my auto debit and said they closed my account and told me to keep my trashcan, which I did I have since moved And I just received a late bill yesterday I have called at least four times I have sent at least three emails and I have not heard one word from anyone. I am a ****** at this! I have very good credit and I do not want them to s**** it up because of their mistake or their greed.

      My mother and father USED to pay for this business to take care of the trash, because our trash cans eventually break down after wheeling it over to the dump so often. This seemed like the BEST deal, and it was for awhile...A week ago DO CLEANUP were trying to backup one of their trucks from the dirt roads because it was very muddy. They backed up too hard and hit the power pole in the ground, and completely shut off half the streets power. We had to wait about 6 hours to get the power back on. Meanwhile when they noticed the damage to the pole, they fled the scene. My father called up their head office, only to be met with an arrogant imbecile who had no authority to treat his customers like they're lower than dirt. They ubruptly hung up during the call...Come this very fine saturday they arrive to pick up the garbage. They loaded up the can like they normal do when emptying, but didn't do anything at all. They got back in the truck with the can in tow and left a scrap of paper on the ground, saying they couldn't do their job anymore because of the roads. Roads that they've been using in these exact same conditions for a year and a half straight. They couldn't even have the dignity to put the scrap of paper at our front door or in our mailbox. They threw it on the ground like we are just common street trash.I'd like for them to bring back our can, and own up to the fact they knocked out the streets power for several hours. As well as continue to do this fine job, they let the incompetence of one single worker basically destroy their entire solid reputation with us. If they cannot do this, they should atleast rightfully refund our recent payment, thank you.

Please give us a call when you fix the road, and we will restart your service. As far as a refund no payment was made for the month of September. We provided a service and was not paid for, ($5.00/week x 2 weeks =$10.00). We have waived these two weeks in September, due to the hazardous road condition. The 96-gallon brown cart that was provided for service, is property of Do Cleanup one LLC. Due to the road condition, we picked up our can and unfortunately had to discontinue service. We also spoke with the homeowner****** on 8/12/22 and he understood the reason we had to stop service. He also acknowledged and understood why we had to stop service and that he saw our note that was left before we took the can. However, due to the excessive amount of rain we have been receiving, the note was not legible. We apologize for this matter, as we're unable to service an unpassable road.       My father owns a home and uses this company for his trash pickup. My father has been experiencing health issues and has been staying with me. The trash company okayed the storage of the bin and nonuse since he is not at the home as long as he paid his monthly bill. This was told to them many times. They have since charged him for the missing bin that is stored in his garage. When we called the owner he ignored the problem and hung up on us multiple times. The $100 needs to be refunded immediately as he is on disability and Social Security. This is absolutely unacceptable and is taking advantage of the elderly.
