      This company stinks!! I've been trying to reach them for over a month. I recently purchased my home. The people I bought it from left me their can. PRIOR to my occupying the property the driver of said garbage truck jumped my locked, clearly posted No Trespassing, fence, dumped the garbage( left by previous owners) removed above mentioned can and have been ignoring multiple phone ******************

      I had this service for a few years. I had some fraud accure had the my card that was on autopay was declined. I called the imbisile that answers the phone and treats paeople disrepectfully. And made him aware of the situation and that i would take care of the bill when i got it straight. He then continued you try to charge the card and charged me for the decline. After i payed the bill i full and paid ahead a month because they charge forward. I understand why now.. Immedieately after payment they picked my trach can and told me they wanted 100 for the can back. i said no and he also kept the month payment for november even though they took the can. buyer beware this guys a real jerk.

      Started service on 10/04/21. - Service terminated due to non-payment on 11/10/22.
      NOTES :
      10/4/21- New cart delivery (our 96-gallon do cart), to service address requested.
      Driver's notes:
      Customer had 2 county carts on property, advise not to use carts from other county, as we're unable to dump them.
      5/9/22- Called in -- Decline Credit card. Customer said he would pay on Friday.
      8/2/22- Driver dropped off an additional do cart (96-gallon) to use, as customer kept using other county carts. Customer advised
      again to ONLY USE OUR 96-GALLON DO CART.
      9/7/22 - Decline Credit card - (Conv. fee Added)
      10/7/22- Decline Credit card (Conv. fee Added)
      11/05/22- $65.00 Payment made
      11/11/22 - Prorate Month of Nov.
      11/11/22- Balance $5.00.
      11/10/ - Cart picked up - Customer not wanting to purchase our 96-gallon cart. At this time, we do not provide our
      cans any longer. All customers must purchase our 96-gallon cart for service.
      At this time, customer owes $5. No refund at this time.

      RESOLUTION:
      12/14/22 - Restart Price $120.00 for NEW Do Cleanup (96-gallon cart) Due to the credit history of Mr. *****'s account,
      we're requesting that he pays 3 months upfront ($25.00x3= $75.00) to avoid disruption in service,including Auto Pay.
