    The employee (Hari) at this location has designated specific imaginary checkout lanes which are not viewable to UPS customers; as a result, Hari bypassed me on July 1, 2024 around 3:45pmEST in order to help his designated customers only, since I needed copies, and a fax submitted, not to mention I was next in line. Hari is rude, and non-customer friendly. Therefore, I will never visit this location again, and if I could give this location a zero, I would.

    Regarding this review, the owner of the UPS Store contacted the customer. The owner spoke with her and resolved the complaint with her. This customer went back in the store the next day. The associate referenced apologized for the misunderstanding. The customer posted a revised review on Yelp that day. Please read the review included from Yelp:

    Here is an update: I spoke to the owner of this UPS store yesterday, and he was very friendly and he offered a real apology. So I went back to the UPS store today, and Hari handled my service request; Hari was very consumer-friendly and courteous. In my opinion, it is important to accept an apology, and to move forward with a positive attitude.
