Worst AC company in the world. I will never recommend them to anyone ever again. The unit's little over one year old already not working. They've had to reschedule me 3 times for service. Called me 55 min before the end of the arrival window to say they can't make that window. Said they were going to do 2 items on my contract that they didn't do. Save ur self the money and hassle don't do any bussiness with these jokers. Defintely not 24 hoirz emergency services more like 5 day out emergency service that will be late or not call u. This people should be ashamed of being in bussiness.

In April of 2015 we had East Coast Mechanical install a Lennox ****. The other day, the **** stopped working so we called ECM and they sent out their tech yesterday. This tech did not even know how to reset the smart hub so I had to show him. He advised us the thermostat and smart hub would need to be replaced. We were in a hurry to have the **** repaired since I just had open heart surgery so we called later in the day and were advised that the items were not under warranty and would cost a $1,056 to order so we did just that. After reading the product manual, we decided to call ****** where we learned #1. that the tech SHOULD have called them to do a hard reset on the system (it may have been a bug and just needed a reset) and #2 the thermostat was still under warranty with ****** (the original replaced only 2 years ago so all they had to do is submit a warranty claim). We then called ECM back and asked to talk with the General Manager so we could get the situation cleared up. The receptionist told us there was nothing she could do and she was absolutely no help. We finally spoke with someone in their parts department today who was rude as well and no help. We were told they do not do any trouble shooting on smart thermostats and that the warranty submitted was denied by ****************'s mid August in ******* and we have no ****. So now we have to call another certified dealer and wait for them to come out and do what ECM should have done yesterday. Pathetic customer **********************!!!!! Update: A new certified ****** contractor came out and it wasn't the thermostat nor smart hub at all; it was the blower....just like the code said. Within 8 hours (that same day) the new contractor had installed a new blower, the ac fixed and it was under warranty (only labor was charged). Thank goodness we didn't listen to ECM. They still haven't contacted us nor credited us so we will have to put in a claim against them. This company used to be good but it is not now. Trust the reviews!

To ECM Mangement,I have decided not to renew my service contract, due to the incompetency or aggressiveness of your service agents, who serviced our home over the past few years.Around 2 years ago there was a damp section of our GE Profile refrigerator door showing and your agent said that there was a leak in the door, and the unit should be replaced. I also had some difficulties with the Ice Maker, and I was told that it should be replaced. One time, your office refused to make a call to my home for the same reason, that the refrigerator should have been replaced. Indicating that ECM could assist in the new purchase.I was forced to call a competitor of yours and paid $269, who rectified the Door and Ice Maker problem. While I was still under contract to your firm. Now two years later, I still have the same GE Profile refrigerator operating extremely well, and also the Ice Maker. So apparently, your agents were trying to sell more products through your concern, rather than trying to fix the immediate problem, which they were hired for, by me your consumer, who paid $568.17 for your yearly coverage. This type of behavior is contrary to operating in good business functions for the innocent consumer.Respectfully,***********************
