    This matter involves a property in ******* which has been sold due to non payment of taxes.  The buyer paid more for the property than was owed to the County for taxes leaving over $31,000 held for the Owner. The owner was ******************************* and he is deceased. We try to locate the family and help them recover the funds at no cost to them.   I have been handling these matters for over 50 years.   I own a company called Jupiter Asset Recovery.  We have been in business since 2006.  We call hundreds of people each week,  For this matter, I called a relative of the decedent named ******************************* who is 24 years old.  When he answered the phone, he started screaming at me saying that we had been calling for weeks.  I tried to explain the property had just been sold so I could not have called him before.  He told me " I will stick my foot up your ass".  He then told me that the property could not have been sold as it is not waterfront property.  I again tried to explain what happened and he hung up.  I called again and he said "suck my balls".  I tried to explain again and he said " I will come to your office and beat the s*** out of you". 

    I am 79 years old and am not used to such abuse.  I also do not want to have the family of the decedent miss the money being held.  So I called ********************* who I thought was related  to the decedent.  She told me she was related by marriage and did not care.  She reiterated that her son told me he would stick his foot up my ***.  I stopped the conversation.

    I tried to contact other family members to explain that there is money for this estate but spoke to no-one else.

    We do not harass people.  We simply try to give them information.  This matter is very unusual.  Most folks are thankful for the information we give them.  Again this young man was abusive and threatening.   We were simply trying to help the family.

    I am rejecting this response because: this is not the case he called the family non stop after being told not to. I want conformation of no contact with the family ever again in the future

    We have no intentions of contacting these people again.  As I stated previously we only called them to tell them about the sale of the property and the large amount of money being held for the Estate of the former Owner.  This gentleman was outrageously rude and threatening and he refused to understand what happened.  We only called one other member of the family to make sure they knew about the sale.  

    We will never attempt to make contact with this family again.
