This one is bad news, and said some inappropriate things on the phone, even though he had the wrong person.According to the ************************* Authority, do not share any information with him. They said, and I quote. "He's bad news... Everyone in the industry knows about his history". I didn't want to get in the middle of it. He's a disbarred lawyer, but he introduces himself as a lawyer. He may try to deny it and blame all these people filing complaints, but you can always call FHCA for confirmation.

First, I would like to say ******************* is not a client of Jupiter Asset Recovery and has never conducted business with Jupiter. I contacted ************ looking for a property owner or beneficiary who might be *********** some surplus funds in *******. I communicated the same script to ************ that I use on just about every call, we have an A+ rating with the BBB,I have been doing this for 50 years, I am a retired attorney, etc. I have four people who can attest to the fact I never said I was an attorney and always say I am a retired attorney.

************ received a call from a competitor, ************************* Authority, who was also trying to solicit her business. Instead of using the opportunity to sell their company and the services they offer, they chose to disparage myself and Jupiter. ************ then called Jupiter back and started making accusations about things that I never said. Due to the false accusations, the conversation turned a little bit more antagonistic than it needed to. However, I dont recall any inappropriate things I may have said. ************ asked me to not contact her again and we ended the conversation there.

************************* Authority is not a company for consumers to call to get legit, unbiased, information on businesses in *******. They are just a competitor to Jupiter in the same business recovering surplus funds. There is an organization called *************************, based in ***********,who is an official organization helping distressed ******* homeowners in need of help.

I received a phone call from this company. I inquired to who the caller was and what they were interested in. This was about somebody whom a family member once knew, and that I, rightfully, had nothing to do with myself nor other family members that were contacted. When I did not provide further information to help whatever the call was for, I was called names and laughed at. In an age of mis-information and scams running rampant, this company needs to have more information prepared to offer to accurately depict their intentions. This company (whoever they are) is extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend conducting business with such.
