      I had to use hotel planner for a baseball tournament. I needed to cancel one night so I called said I will come on a Thursday night not Wednesday so can I get a credit for the night. Called and talked to two separate people they both stated it would be credited. I got to the hotel after driving 8+ hours with no room under my name said canceled since I wasnt there Wednesday night. I called hotel planner they couldnt do anything that night said I would get a call back which never happened. I had to pay again for my stay but was told I would be refunded by hotel planner never happened. So I am out $614.00!!! Had to pay $585.00 more to stay at the hotel. Paid twice for a hotel stay doesnt make sense. The hotel called hotel planner they told the hotel it would be taken care of never credited. They are a scam never do what they say wont call you back wont email you. How can a company take $614.00 from a person. Never use them they are a fraud . The hotel has tried to help still no credit.

      Wish I could do less than 1 star. Shady, shady, shady. They booked a room and made it look like it was paid to the hotel. When I requested a refund for early departure, the hotel informed me that my card was not used to book the room, even though the hotel name was on my credit card statement. The hotel manager was sympathetic and agreed that I was due a refund but did not want to charge it back to the card that reserved the room because it wasnt mine. After more than a day of trying to find/get a response from this sham, I filed a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back.

      ************* Defrauded me by advertising in ******** dollars then charging in **. ************* did not demonstrate any evidence on the site they were an ******** company booking in US funds for my local ******** hotel that is 2 hrs away from my home.This company misled me to believe I was paying in ******** funds then charged me in ** funds. I cancelled the booking immediately - as soon as I saw the pending amounting ** funds. To the tune of 100 dollars extra. The manager I eventually spoke with on the phone apologized and said it was indeed wrong that the booking agent did this and that I would have 100% refund in the ** funds that I paid. - I am still waiting almost a month later. I called my credit card and they said to wait until they responded - this took almost a month today being July 22nd and I have been calling and emailing since June 28th. being put on hold, hung up on, and having robot replies to emails. As soon as I told them I notified the credit card fraud division- they offered me $105.00 refund! You have got to be kidding! None of this is acceptable.- I spoke with the hotel in ******* and they said the booking was indeed cancelled. Everyone in ****** should be made aware now of the problems with your company doing this. In order to rectify this issue this company needs to return 100% of my money for the services that I did not get. Moreover I just spent ***************************************************************************** 1 hour after the fraudulent charges went through on my credit card.Never use this company. Is there such a thing as ZERO stars?
