      Terrible experience I called since July 27 to resolve a booking mistake that They made and to get extra funds refunded. Its a pure nightmare I requested a manager 3 times with different reps no one called me back terrible customer experience I will never do business again. Agents submitted my issue to the escalation team since July 27 not one email I have received back acknowledging anything H5360743. I need my refund

      Thank you for reaching out and giving us an opportunity to assist. The booking you made yourself on line was for a standard room, king or two double beds. At the time of your arrival the hotel offered you what they had which was a king size bed that you agreed to during the confirmation. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding but the option was for either a king size bed or two double beds, whichever was available at the time of your arrival. It did not guarantee two double beds.

      This is a complete fraud to pick up your credit card information! Do NOT trust one word they say or share. My so called reserved room was non - existent when I arrived yet charged to my debit/ credit card. Use your best judgment!

      We were charged $24.87 by your company Lexyl on July 24. We have no idea why we were charged. Can you at least be so nice as to tell us why we were charged. We booked 2 rooms at Hampton Inn ********,**.***** E

      WORST EXPERIENCE IN THE WORLD!!! I wish I could give a NEGATIVE 100 rating. I was booking a hotel reservation,on what I thought was the hotel website and had the unfortunate experience of speaking to Logan.Logan is a LIAR. Everything he told me was WRONG.He said the hotel was not booking reservations themselves due to lack of staff from Covid-(sounded reasonable). He also told me the hotel hired them to take all the reservations ( again, sounded reasonable but was A LIE) . After I finaIized my reservation, I called and asked to speak to a manager (because it sounded fishy) but was told they are not allowed to transfer a call.(In what universe is this even acceptable?) I gave my number and asked that a MANAGER call me back. Its been over 3 weeks and no one has called me back. Be careful when booking online. Make sure you do not click on the hotelplanner.com link. Despite what they may tell you, you CAN book a reservation directly through a hotel. I wish I had read these reviews before booking. I have booked using Travelocity and Expedia in the past, so wasn't expecting such a horrible experience with another 3rd parry vendor. NEVER USE HOTELPLANNERS.COM
