  They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with, they give you false information, do not reach out when you need them, actually deliberately ignore texts, calls, and emails. To this day, I have emailed and called requesting an invoice and have never heard back. However they are quick to charge you. The movers force a tip out of you in the end. Save your money and go somewhere else.

  Nahuel D. and Lucas The moving crew came in and did a fantastic job packing everything thing we had for our move from Central Florida to Renton, Washington. They did the packing in a very professional manner and cleaned up completely. Thanks guys for a super job.

  I was in the market for a long distance move. I came across a few different companies before deciding to go with safebound moving and storage. From the initial phone call,to the hour before courtesy call of the movers coming the experience with you guys has been nothing short of amazing. I had the pleasure to be introduced to Brett and his helper Rolando. Brett came in with a very positive attitude and looked at all my stuff with a smile. I knew I was in good hands. Needless to say Brett and Rolando had my 3 bedroom apartment wrapped and packed and tagged and in the Truck by noon. They were respectful, courteous, always smiling and laughing and just great to be around. I will always recommend this company now because of this team. Thank you sadebound for being great and thank you Brett and Rolando may God bless you and yours for everything you did for me today

  I contracted with this company for my long distance move from ********** to ************* on June 14th. The movers arrived on time. My box count was exact. However, to my horror the mover told me it would cost an additional 2k! I am completely at a loss. How could that be???? The weak explanation I got from your team was, "Sometimes it goes over". Seriously?! I am a senior living on Social Security Disability. I had to borrow money from a friend. I have no idea how I can ever pay that friend ********* forward 2 weeks. No word from this Company. ***** assured me it never takes more than 2 weeks to deliver. I had to call 3 times before someone told me all my belongings are sitting in a warehouse in ****** waiting and waiting for a truck that is going my way!! I am in to this for over 5.5k now and I am FURIOUS! I paid 2k more than I should have and now this? This is completely UNACCEPTABLE! No one can give me an ETA. This is by far the worst service I've ever gotten. I don't see how they could possibly have so many positive reviews.

  Nahuel ***** and ***** The team arrived early. Did a excellent job Loved the way all my furniture was wrapped. I couldn't have asked for more. Would love for this team to move me to ******** when the time comes. I have bought my house there Also ******* ***** the center man was great with helping me.   If you're looking for the company with the least integrity in the space, you've found it.Thousands of dollars worth of items in "air-conditioned" long-term storage were delivered with extensive mold and mildew. They then had the audacity to try and blame it on us.Told them I was simply looking for the cost of replacement for the items, went through their claims process, and had to chase them down for months to get a response. Ultimately came back with an offer of 40% of the value. I let them know I would not accept it and they said the offers off the table, nothing else you can do then.The ironic part about all of this is that if you're put on hold with them (which you will be), their hold music talks all about how they "treat your belongings as if they were their own," how "integrity is a key value held by the company," and that "your belongings are stored securely in our air-conditioned warehouses."This company and its leadership is a joke. DO NOT USE THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
