      Hello, I hope you are doing fine On February 1st 2023 I paid for CDL school. I tried to pay with my card but they insisted on paying in cash. I paid for it. PROOF Receipt Statement from school.Two months after that I called them to tell them that I can't attend the course because of my health and travel to Europe for medical treatment. Also told them to cancel that and they promised me a refund. PROOF Passport stamps and ******** phone listing.I came to ***** again and gone there to refund, call the manager and twice was at school and the told me exactly We don't want a refund, If the ** President comes here he can't help you. We are the bosses in ******* and we can do whatever we want! They didn't refund for the service they didn't provide as I was abroad and canceled on time and they promised refund.I think that our country is legal and that someone can help me to refund my money.PROOF Video from their camera in school with audio and statement of my brother who was with me.

      This is not and has never been a student of ours. If you look at the invoice they sent, it is Metropolitan Trucking CDL in Miami. He even talks about it being in ***** in his original complaint. We are ********** located in ********, *******, four hours away. I'm not sure how this would even be assigned to ** as an issue in the first place. Also, students at our school do not pay cash. This complaint should be totally removed from our history as it does not apply to us at all.

      I have paid $2,500 to school for CDL A license training. They make me do appointments for training, but they keep me waiting for 3, 4 hours under the sun or rain. And then I just practice for 5 minutes!I told me I have a disability and I cant be outside under heat for hours, they just didnt listen. They dont speak English. They are rude, uneducated, and careless. They signed into the school more students than they can handle. Im talking about 100s of people and they have like 5 instructors. All trucks are broken. If you ask a question they answer aggressively. I swear I want to cry out of frustration ** they just dont care to keep ** waiting for hours to just train on the truck for 5 minutes. I switched from manual to automatic since they were not teaching me how to drive manual and they said they were not gonna give me back the extra $500 I paid for manual learning.

      This school does not go into detail of what your test entails. You have to wait 4-5 hours just to practice driving . There is no set order on who is next to drive or if you'll be able to drive. Some people work during the week and can't take off to come to come here, like myself. The manager does not say a word when you ask him a question and explain to him what your concerns are. Total disregard to my concerns. I paid a lot of money to cone to this school and they treat people like trash and very rude. I would not recommend anyone to come to this school, you will never finish. I have yet to learn the maneuvers of driving , as I've only had 10 minutes of experience so far and my pretrip is Friday. I hope this complain makes uts way to the head boss of this company. I am very upset and disappointed with this so called ***********
