****************I paid for a 15 day program. I was there 2 months! I would wait 2hours for just ***** mins in a truck with minimal instruction. I told them I wanted my money back and they would not give it back. They said it was about "how fast I learned". Trying to make me sound stupid. None of the instructors speak English. I was lucky to have paid with a credit card and was able to get my money back then went to sunshade cdl where I obtained my cdl in 15 days with a true 15 day program. Metro was 10 mins from my house. I had to drive 2 hours to sun state in ******* FL But it was worth it because they were a legitimate school.

My husband has had the most terrible experience I believe anyone could have. He was promised a refund after being approved for ***** but kept getting the runaround as I witnessed him being belittled by the staff here. He then began classes but was told he had to stop and go to a later session. Very unorganized and unprofessional. This business has to understand everyday people really are affected by small things as such what occurred in this experience. We paid a babysitter and I requested to have my work schedule adjusted for this. It ultimately affected my reputation as professional at my workplace.

theyll rush you into spending your hard earned money but act as if you are a nuisance once your balance is paid & you decide to ask simple questions as far as scheduling & actually trying to get time behind the wheel. If you are not a Hispanic good luck! Going here they have you wait outdoors 4-5 hours before getting your measly 5-7 mins behind the wheel. You are constantly skipped. The instructors clearly dont care too much about the students as they dont even demonstrate the maneuvers or atleast hop in the the truck to show you what to do, they simply call your name from a stack of names & send you into the truck to perform the maneuvers on your own. Next, we can talk about the equipment their trucks are all literally beat to h*** Ive seen students practicing maneuvers with trucks with cracked & missing windshields. Majority of the trucks there have mechanical issues. Abs lights, check engine lights, air leaks etc. *** personally seen on a few occasions trucks breaking down with students practicing in them.. they send their cheap and shady mechanic to come on the range and spray what seems to be starting fluid to get certain trucks to start up again sending the **** to the moon for a brief moment. ELDT (entry level driver training) is a mandatory online course that they offer from CDLDIRECT. Which whom they obviously work with. Because you arent allowed to take the course with anywhere else or it wont count. I was even told by the inspection instructor if I paid an extra $120 (on top of cdldirects $250 ELDT course) theyll have it completed for me.. imagine how many drivers are graduating from this school without proper knowledge They also have a old lady in the front of the office who is VERY VERY disrespectful who I have evidence or ignoring & fanning me off when asking if there was someone I can express my concerns to. This place is by far the most crooked school out, If I had known/ read prior reviews I would of never step foot into this place.

This place & the entire staff are very unprofessional, unorganized, incompetent, no form of structure as a business, and disrespectful. They give you the wrong time for all appointments/tests/exams, leave you waiting 3-5 hours in the sun while your supposed to be learning something MEANWHILE THE INSTRUCTORS are flirting with female students who are trying to learn they get up and leave and walk away when its finally a students turn to learn after waiting 3-5 hours, and instructors still leaves the student hanging around wasting time. The instructors expect you to bribe them for ****** time (drinks, food or extra money on the side). Tell you theyre going to do something AND DONT TO JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY. They are literally robbing students money to let you rot in the sun and do nothing. They lie about how much money you paid to get more out of you so save your proof. After i handed my money to a rude and disrespectful older man staff by the name of **** at the front office where payments are held I paid him $3,000 for an 8 week course i was told that my money was short at first (Which it was not, told him to double count), he then was embarrassed and told me to keep it out the radar due to their reputation and reviews, he then bribed me and handed me $280 out of the $3,000 i handed him and HE said that he was going to take great care of me which was all false (just for your money). They threaten you by saying IF YOU DONT LIKE IT GET A LAYWER, and they will note your file so you cant go to another school. SOME ONE NEED TO STOP THEM FROM STEALING MONEY FROM HARD WORKING STUDENTS. If your a business affiliated with the government that gets funded by the government and have 5-6 instructors that are unproductive and waste time, not enough trucks, about ******* students and only 15 parking spots.my question is what are they doing with the funds they recieve from the government? And the hard working money that students paid to learn? It has left me financially devastated

The SERVICES ****. The students are teachers. Or you are training yourself. If you want to learn please find another school.
