      I purchased Flex Seal clear for a project. There was a problem with the consistency and end result of the applied product. So I called Flex Seal customer service. I can say with absolute certainty that Flex Seal stands behind their product 100% and offers outstanding customer service/product resolution for any problems that may occur. I highly recommend Flex Seal products and am a very satisfied customer.

      I ordered flex cork clear from ******. There was no problem with the product at all, but the box came opened and the product looked like it had been used. I contacted the ************** and not only did they immediately resolve the problem by replacing it, but the representative Was kind and caring and very knowledgeable. He only wanted to make the customer satisfied with the results. He is a great representative and I feel very confident with your company and your product.

      FLEX PASTE. GREAT PRODUCT IN A GREAT NEW CONTAINER. In 2023 I purchased two jars of Flex Paste. These were the old plastic jars with the screw top lid. The top third of the Flex Past in each new jar was hard and unusable. I wrote a letter to Flex Seal saying Flex Paste is a great product but in poor packaging that needs a redesign. I got a refund. A few weeks ago, they sent me a sample of the new redesigned Flex Paste Stay Fresh container. It’s like a paint can, metal with a hammer down top. It works. Flex Paste begins to cure quickly in air. I’ve opened and closed this container a number of times and the product stays fresh and uncured. Thank you to the Flex Seal Swift Response Customer Care Team for listening to me and making the packaging improvements. Now, Flex Paste is a great product in great packaging.

      Flex shot is a waste of money. I bought this for a seal in sink and would not hold. I contacted customer service and was told that it was not for that. That I could not receive my money back even with a guarantee. I would NOT recommend these products unless you just like wasting your money I would give it no star if I could. This company is a scam

      I received a roll of Flex Seal tape via courier that I did not order and the courier charge was $42.20 .I was waiting on a courier package for a product that I ordered.The Flex Seal name was not on the courier package so I thought it was another product I ordered.I have many emails sent to Flex Seal one response was they will get back to me no response to date.I would not recommend Flex Seal products ****

      The product lies in the commercials. It doesn't stop any leak. I've used the spray and tape. $15 for 5 ft of tape. Its garbage. Definitely a waste of money. I used both ahead of a rain storm and the water is still coming in. I will never use or recommend this product to anyone

      I spent 60 bucks and a third of the container was already hardened rubber upon opening.
