  I reached out this company today cause my driver had a blowout and they was able to get to us faster. I paid $530 for a tire and service 30 minutes later the tire blew out! I contacted them and ****** ******** claimed she was trying to get it resolved but stop responding. Please dont contact these scam artist at all!

  THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST. I called the first time and he said he was just going to send someone over. I said wait I need the price he responds with Ill call you right back about the price of the tire but the service cost $135 idk why you have to call me back a tire price is a tire price. Then another random number calls me. I said how much is the tire? The first person never told me a price I guess he thought he was about to get me, he said yeah you're looking $390-400 for us to come change the tire a used tire cost $265? Right. He got excited because I said I need the price and he thought he was about to tell me anything. So I called the first number back to understand where that number came from and they keep forwarding and denying my calls. Very ghetto, very unprofessional, very much NEED to get out of business. I would give 0 stars if I could. They are snakes.

  For starters , lets keep in mind that we did zero services for you. So were you get we should very much be anything , im not sure. You exchanged phone calls only and did not like what you heard so you resort to bashing. Next , a tire price is a tire price false. Tire price , depends on tire size. The first conversion you had with my employee he could not give you a tire price until he called to ask one , if we have the size , two what we charge for the tire. To break it all down to you , it is a $135 service call fee , $135 an hour , $100 for a VERY EXPENSIVE tire , and $30 for the extra mileage. Leaving you at $400 flat. Had you not like the price (that you never paid) , you could have called someone else (whom would have charged you more) , or you could have went to a shop. Instead , you came to report a business , and people whom you have never met , shows which individual in this situation is very much of anything. We are based outside of ********* , you were in ************. We were patient with you. We were kind to you. And you gave us a very much ghetto attitude . With this all being said we hope you have a VERY blessed day.

  We were driving back to our home in ** after hurricane ****** and had a damaged tire. Called RRO 24 hour roadside assistance. We expected to pay a little more due to the roadside help. We were charged $835 for one tire to be put on, I even had the trailer already jacked up and the bad tire off ready for the new tire to be put on. The itemized **** said $300 for the tire $135 for service call $135 x 2 for a minimum 2 hours of labor (he was there for 20 min) $65 x 2 for mileage (there and back) and $100 for taxes which was waived if I paid cash. This would have been upsetting anytime, but we told him we were headed back to our home that has been devastated by hurricane ******. I hope that this review keeps someone else from being taken advantage of by this company. Also, I believe that price gouging is a crime punishable by law.

  Good Evening Regina, I do apologize that you were not happy with pricing. However before we even left our place of business you were told a price. You were also located nearly 2 HOURS from us. We told you that also. I am sorry it was an inconvenience that you were charged more than you felt it was worth. Please keep in mind that we too just went through a major hurricane and have very extensive damages. However we left our homes and families to come out in a hurricane to fix someone elses tire. You could have called and Im sure arrangements could have been madee. Again i apologize you were happy with pricing, however im glad we got you back on the road in a timely manner with a new tire.
