      This was absolutely the worst experience in my life. Went in for an oil change, they broke my radiator saying it was rusty but it is plastic and aluminum with no rust to be found anywhere. They couldnt fix my headlights .. this is an 07 lexus rx350 - small suv. The ladies behind the desk were extremely rude and even said some negative statements towards my mom and myself.

      Customer came in for an oil change and wanted us to install his headlight bulbs on his 2007 Lexus. While doing the oil change our technician noticed his radiator was leaking coolant at the water neck hose. The water neck fitting fell off during inspection due to age and plastic deterioration. We informed the customer of this issue and he decided to have us replace the radiator as he was leaving for a trip the next day. The light bulbs he supplied were incorrect and would not fit. He did not have the time for us to order the correct bulbs in. We did not charge him anything for trying to install his bulbs since we could not repair that issue. When customer came to pick his vehicle up we showed him the issue with his radiator. He was upset that we could not repair his headlights; however with his time constraints there was nothing we could do. He was told his vehicle was rusty and had several other issues; however he was never told that's what caused his radiator leak. He  then claimed we broke his radiator; even after showing him the condition. We still have customers old radiator as proof that it was in bad condition. Customer called the next day demanding to speak to the owner who was not available. He yelled profanities at the office manager and service advisor and then body shamed office staff on his google review. Customer stated that he has done a charge back on the approved repairs that were made. At this time we want nothing further to do with this customer and wish him the best in his future endeavors.
