      I cannot tell you how pleased I was with Debra ***** as she helped me navigate planning for my pre-paid cremation. I went to two presentations, and after the second I realized that I wanted to work with Debra. She is very knowledgeable, empathetic and kind, and there was absolutely no pressure. She made this experience, which I had put off for five years, a positive experience. Here is a great big 'THANK YOU' for Debra!

      Ms Yvonne ***** was truly helpful and efficient. She answered our questions capably and informed us of the different options we had.

      My wife and I were somewhat apprehensive about making these arrangement, but Ms. ***** was easy to talk to and we felt comfortable and that things were explained clearly.

      We would definitely recommend Ms ***** and Baldwin Brothers with 5 stars (6 if you had them!)!

      It is such a difficult time when you lose your husband. Yvonne assisted me in a very professional but warm way. I was very upset the day we made the cremation plan, but she was warm and soft spoken. It was a good experience in a bad situation. I have nothing but high regard for Baldwin Brothers. When they came for my husband, the gentleman was very reverential so much appreciated by me who was saying goodbye to the love of my life. Thank you to Baldwin Brothers.

      We were very impressed by the lunch seminar we attended hosted by Yvonne *****. She explained the different packages available to us. We made an appointment to see her again in order to prepare for our final arrangements. She was very knowledgeable, patient, organized and meticulous in her work. A true professional.       My husband and I met with Mike ******* at the end of September at Outback Steakhouse. Besides the food being delicious, Mike was pleasant and made his presentation on our final resting place. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Found out we had a lot in common as all of us were originally from New York. We met the next day to finalize our plans. Mike again answered our questions and gave us options. It was a pleasure doing business with Mike. High recommend him.
