      I had started Paying on my cremation services, and decided I didn't want to continue, so I had asked for a refund, and I have not received it yet. It's been past the elapsed time that I was to receive it. I have made a few calls to them, I spoke with a person named *******************, and was told that it was resinded that it was undeliverable they wouldn't tell me why, so I had asked where their **************** in ******* was, and they change the subject right away. I'm counting on that money, and from other reviews I have read, their services have also received negative reviews. My friend who had decided to cancel his too got his refund in the specified time as requested. I think they're trying to tell me that they want to take their own sweet time, and I have been patient up till now. I need that Money that is due, me and when I spoke to **** he kept saying let me follow up with corporate and I haven't ******************* yet. I'm attempted to have Legal Aid or Volunteer lawyers network help me and possibly sue ********************* I had called the post office after I was told that and they never received anything. I don't want to talk anymore to them because I may say things I will regret, so I hope someone can help me figure out what to do. Very Very upset.

      Yvonne ***** was very kind and respectful. I appreciated that she came to my home to follow up with me after the presentation at Rodellos. By the way the lunch provided was very good! I would recommend her professional services to anyone looking to prepare for cremation! I have peace of mind knowing that my children will not have to wonder or make decisions to prepare for my end of life.

      Yvonne.***** is a personable empathetic counselor. My same-sex partner and i are grateful for dependable ones to rely on when the need comes. Yvonne has excellent listening skills and answered many questions i asked and may have. Such a comfort to know a resource like Baldwin Brothers will be there.

      My husband and I attended the luncheon led by Yvonne *****. She was very informative and personable with also a sense of humor which put the attendees at ease. There was no pressure which we both appreciated. We made an appointment for the Tavares location. Yvonne answered all our questions and I believe we made the right decision and chose the package that fit our needs the best.

      Lori was fantastic to work with, she kept me informed every step of the way, even through some difficulties with getting family members to make up their mind. She was very patient and caring. I could not recommend Baldwin brothers more strongly.

      Yvonne ***** was the person who counseled us on our burial and was informative and personable.
      Follow up from Baldwin Brothers was good, and we're glad to this taken care of so family will not be burden.
