    DO NOT USE THIS PERSON OR THIS COMPANY!! On January 7, 2025, **** ****** came to our home to give us an estimate on sealing areas of the roof where there was squirrel intrusion. We last used **** in 2013 for the same type of work and we paid him $1,400 at that time. We thought we could trust him which is why we called him back. He gave us an estimate of $1376 to seal a 6' sq area of the roof. I told him I thought it was a bit high and I needed to think it over. That evening he sent us "multiple messages" saying he needed a deposit of `1/2 so he could order materials and start the job on Friday. The only payment form he would accept is *****. Reluctantly, I send him a Zelle payment of $650. even though the materials he needed for the job would be under $100. But once again, we trusted him. On Friday, January 10, 2025 **** was a no show. We sent him several messages, but he kept using the excuse that he was trying to get a tire fixed! This raised a lot of red flags so we asked him to send us a copy of his insurance policy which he told us covered him for $1M in general liability. Well, I called ************* to verify the policy and was told that the policy was taken out in 1-19-21 and canceled 3-14-21. I also checked SunBiz to search for his license and discovered that his license has been ******************** since *******. When we told him about these findings he made up some excuses. We told him that he could not work on our roof without insurance and that we want our money refunded. We have left him voice and text messages which he has only responded a couple times saying he is short on funds and will pay us back when he gets the money but now he wants to add a charge of $200 for a "roof inspection". This was never discussed or mentioned, just another layer of deception and fraud. We asked him to call and speak with us which he has never done. We will continue to pursue all avenues to get OUR money back.
