    DON'T DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY!In October 2024, I contracted ACD Wildlife Services to install rodent exclusions as a preventative measure to protect my home from infestations. The scope of work, as outlined in the written estimate, specifically included securing seven (7) roof returns to prevent rodent intrusions. The estimate also detailed a warranty for the work performed.Upon being informed by the owner, ***** that the work was completed, I promptly paid the company in full. At the time, I was only able to inspect the easily visible areas at the front of my house. Later that day, when I conducted a thorough inspection by climbing onto the roof, I discovered that only six of the seven roof returns had been addressed, with the seventh left untouched.I immediately brought this to the attention of the owner, who assured me that he would return to complete the job. However, despite multiple follow-ups over the course of several months, the work was never finished. It became evident that ACD Wildlife Services had no intention of honoring their commitment.I am submitting this complaint to warn others about this companys failure to fulfill contracted work and its lack of reliability. If they are unwilling to complete the job as agreed, it stands to reason that their warranty is also unlikely to be honored. I hope the facts in this complaint will be used to prevent others from facing similar issues with this company.

    Do not give this company a deposit for work to be performed. **** talks a big talk but does not follow through with his promises. I gave a deposit for insulation to be performed in my attic, at his suggestion. He told me it would be done after the weekend. It has been over a month and after multiple call calls and texts, his response is always the same. He gives a date and time and never shows or calls. I finally requested a refund of my deposit, again I made multiple calls and texts to no avail. **** IS UNRELIABLE! He will scam you out of your money
