    I filed a complaint about defective tires, we bought at this store. Unfortunately, the BBB sent my complaint to the wrong business. I would like to get this resolved. the complaint went to First **************** and I would like the BBB to straighten this out. I want an apology to go to this company and also, remove the negative report off their record. As far as ****************'s negative report, I want to gladly acknowledge that Good Year did send us a check for only one of the tires that were defective. In closing, I will make sure that if I ever make a complaint, I will wait a few months before filing. Thank you for correcting this error.
