on 2/25/23I took my sons vehicle that I had just purchased for graduation to mitis for a full inspection after leaving the car for 7 hours with **** **** tells me I purchased a good car the only issue is the scruts, **** then replaced all for scruts on 2/28 I called and spoke to ***** and let him know that the car was leaking something ***** told me to bring the car back which I did after having the car for seven more hours on 2/28 ***** says, leaking when I asked where I was and I told about the oil pan on the 25th *** stated it was their I fault. For not speaking sooner and as long as I buy the oil pan they will do the labor for free. I purchased the oil pan and had it replaced on March 1 I called back to let them know that I was still seeing something leaking *** stated I had to give the old oil time to burn off. Another call was made on April 7 to inform them that something is still leaking they asked me to bring the car back which I did after having the car for 7 more hours I was told by ***** *** **** that the oil pan and transmission pan was leaking new brakes are needed, new struts are needed, front tire rod is no good. When asked why wasnt I told about all of this the previous times I was there they stated sometimes you have to come back two and three times to find the leak and sometimes you have to come back and purchase new parts because parts are defective. I didnt ask for the manager information they refuse to give it to me I decided to call corporate which I filed a complaint they then called the owner of the store *****************, when letting **** know about my frustration in the amount of times in issues that *** developed in such a short time he immediately start to scream at me and call me a smart a** and told me to get off his property because my dad was not going to do anything about it. I received a call from ******* Regions sales manager who tried to convince me to pay instead of actually hearing the issue he was very rude and kept overtalking
