    TB Electronix was referred to us by ******* as an authorized ******* certified repair service. We have a 78" Samnsung Curved UHD 4K ** that worked fine except for a vertical shadow and what we though were lights shining horizontally on the bottom. We paid $90 in order for them to come out to give us an estimate. When their repair man, ***** came out he said the shadow was a blown LED light strip and the lights on the bottom were a reflection of those lights. They charged us $135 to order the bad part and took the ** for repair. After 2 ********************* calls to tell me the LED screen tore when he opened the ** and it would need to be replaced. A other week went by and he calls to tell me that he cannot locate the screen and the tv could not be repaired. I asked him to bring me back the tv and i expected it to be returned in the same working order as when he took it. To which he informed me that wouldn't be possible because the screen tore. Today he delivers the now FULLY INOPERABLE tv and a broken stand. He claims the stand broke when he placed the tv in his Van. He did not bother to come knock on my door at that time to tell me of the broken stand nor did he mention the broken stand any of the times we spoke on the phone. Now I get an invoice for $3865 for a replacement LED screen I never authorized to purchase and it DOESNT EXIST because they don't make them!!!!!!He should have never taken the tv if he didnt have a secure way of transporting it. After he called me to tell me about the torn screen I called different tv repair service and describes what was wrong with the tv and each one mentioned the torn screen was the lights I was seeing and that it wasnt worth fixing. He should have NEVER TAKEN THE ** until he looked into the availability of LED screen or had properly secured it. The cost of the ** was $8k. Even with depreciation the ** worked. Videos in 4k were flawless. We were being proactive by trying to service the tv. We want a refund for the $90 and $135 parts

    TB Electronix was hired by ***** ******** Services to service our washing machine. September 1st was the first call and they came out within a week to diagnose our ******* washer. Approximately 2 weeks later they came back with only 2 shocks replaced. At that time it was explained that the shocks at the back still needed to be replaced. So we were scheduled almost a month later. New shocks installed and then it was determined that the drum needed replacement. That was Oct 11th. To date we havent heard a word from them and our calls go directly to voicemail. Just got off the phone with warranty company and now we are told the repair has already been completed as of Nov. 8th and yet TB Electronix had never been out to complete the repair and parts were never sent to us as promised. It has been 2 and a half months and we still have a broken machine that is just a year old. The technician that was sent out the last time broke our water line while disconnecting the line from the wall costing us a few hundred dollars for someone to come out same day. I want our parts for our machine that we were promised as well as reimbursement for the broken water line. This is poor business ethics. Its not fair that they were hired and paid for something that was never done.
