    Well, seeing these other reviews solidifies my issues. I had an appointment for Friday, got a message back that they could not come out until Wednesday to fix our washer. No problem. The called us at 8am and left a message. When we called back and asked for a manager, one called us back at 11:30. His response is that the tech called us multiple times and did not receive an answer. We are both home waiting for this repair because we have been without a washing machine for 9 days. His answer to our issue that we did not answer the phone and he had proof! Are you serious? His only resolution was that they could come back out in 7 days, nothing earlier. Are you ******* serious? Again, I would give ZERO stars if that was an option!!! Shame on you!

    Filed a warranty repair through LG and they chose this poor excuse for a company for the work order. This original repair was from May 2023 and they have since been back no less than 4 times with each time the rep finding some new "issue" needing a new part which meant needing to NOT do the intended repair and just come back next time. Each next time was at least a 10-12 day turnaround. The final straw was this morning when the rep sent me a text that he was 10-20 mins out WHILE HE WAS AT MY DOOR. I was on a work call and couldn't open so he left after a few mins. When I called the office to try to get him back out here, Wayne the "manager" was extremely rude and condesending and informed me that the rep left the area and would have to schedule out AGAIN. From trying to take advantage of LG to increase their billable work orders, to extremely long scheduling, to even their reps badmouthing other reps and the company itself....stay far away from this company.
