    *************************** ************************************* have an ongoing, unresolved, extremely unsafe situation to report. I have ******************************* I called AHS in the middle of December about a concern regarding my heating and air conditioning system. 12/23/2023 AHS sent *********************** with Total Air Care LLC to my house to assess the ***** *************** told me that he was with Air Pro LLC which he stated was a subsidiary of Total Air Care LLC. The system is 23 years old so when **************** said that it needed to be replaced I wasn't surprised. **************** returned on 12/26/2023with equipment as did other other people bringing equipment. He completed the job on 12/27/2023 so I paid *********************** with a personal check in the amount of ******* dollars. **************** did not provide an invoice/receipt or any documentation. He stated that he would send everything to myE-mailaddress. I told him that my printer wasn't working. He said that he had to come back because he did not have a filter for the system. He would print out the invoice and bring it back to me when he returned with the filter. He has never come back to my residence. Despite many texts and E-mail, he almost never responded and when he did he was very non-committal about returning. Due to my concern about the integrity of ****************' work, I hired a reputable company, *******************, to assess the **** system. This company determined that **************** put in a mis-matched, not up to code system. All attempts to resolve this matter with American Home Shield, Total Air Care LLC, and Air Pro LLC have been unsuccessful.     *********************** owner/operator of Total Air Care LLC was contracted to provide an air condition system to be installed at my residence of ****************** on 11/10/2023. A deposit was forward via zelle transaction in the amount of $3000. Multiple phone calls and text messages followed that day inquiring when the work would be accomplished. Was promised on a few dates but never showed up or did any rescheduling. Asked for a refund of my deposit and was told it would be done. No funds were ever received and contractor stopped on contact.
