    Lied to my warranty ** and myself. Took my money then never returned calls or repaired my AC. I'm trying to get my money back from them now. Don't know how they are still in business. Give me back my money!

    This company is absolutely terrible at communication.They won't update home warranty companies about the job they have done nor will they give you any documentation about the work they did on your AC. They certainly act like a bunch of scammers even though I think they're just a small business with too much to do on their plates. Stay away from this company if you can.

    pany. I said no and he went up there and saw that our motor was inoperative. I was furious because the guy at Total Air Care never asked about our attic. He only looked at the ** and said yup it needs to be replaced. So I believe he scammed both my warranty service and me. I told my warranty to never have this man and his company dispatched to my home again. Now I do want my money back. He took advantage of me. That does not sit well.? He is a thief and a liar.

    This is a thief, it takes jobs from warranty companies and then he will come and and collect the service fee. At that point he will never get back with the warrant company and he will refuse to take your calls!!!! He is a sorry crock and a thief. I have been in business for 40 years and retired. This company is scamming people everyday. I will continue to file everything I can to let others out there to know not to get scam by this company and the owner *****. CROCK
