    The company came out for a quote on 7/29. The person who came out to quote asked if they could come Saturday 8/3 do proceed with the job. We accepted and planned to be home during the process. We had a dump truck full of rock/gravel delivered on Friday 8/2 so that work can be done on 8/4 with leveling and laying rock after the tree was cut down. I called the company today to see where they were and they expressed they were not coming today and didnt even have any information about our job. We are extremely unsatisfied after having rock dropped at our house from a dump truck on Friday and a scheduled and paid machine rental for Sunday. The manager was extremely rude and when we lost service on the phone, they would not return or answer our call.

    Have reached out to this business on several occasions advising them that they are sending promotional/marketing postcards to a minor child and remove. They are very unhelpful and tell me there's nothing they can do. Won't provide an office manager or anyone else to speak to just advise that I need to take it up with the US post office. We are on all of the do not contact lists. I never thought I would need to sign a minor child up for such a list.     On 1/10/23 this *** removed a tree in my ***************** When the guy cut the tree down in the backyard without waiting for assistance from his coworkers who were standing in the yard, it fell against my house causing damage to what I thought was only my pergola. However, on 1/12/23 we had a very bad rainstorm in which the water came running in my window like a waterfall. I immediately text the *** on 1/13/23 alerting them to the possible damage that was done to the gutter. The *** came back out and said the seal was only cracked over the window. I pointed out to him that the gutter was slightly bent and maybe that's why the water was able to flow so strongly down the side of the house flooding thru my window. He said when the painter comes just have him reseal the window if there is any further damage to let him know. The painter came to prep the house and has in fact stated that the gutter is damaged and needs to be replaced. Now the tree *** is denying any responsibility and does not want to fix the gutter. If allowed I will be attaching the text conversation that transpired between us. I have not had any work down to my house that would have caused damaged to my gutter. Nor have I ever had water run in my window when it rained. This gentleman likes to over talk me and deflect as you will get a glimpse of in the text conversation.
