  Great Tree Services/Cheap & Great Tree Services turned out to be untrustworthy. I personally met with one of their sales representatives named *****. He was pleasant and eager to make a deal, initially quoting $7,500 to cut four large trees and three smaller ones. After negotiating, we agreed on $5,000, but I made it clear I would send a deposit only once I was ready, aiming to have the work done on Saturday.The assessment happened on Tuesday, October 22nd. 2024. By Wednesday, October 23 as I sought a quote from another companywhich I had every right to do since I hadnt committed or sent a depositI was shocked to learn that someone was already cutting my trees. Attempts to reach Great Tree Services went unanswered until later, when I received a call confirming the trees were indeed cut.I informed the representative that I was not prepared to pay yet and had not authorized them to begin. Despite this, I started receiving persistent calls from various individuals demanding payment. I explained that I was waiting on funds and would pay once ready. Out of goodwill, I was open to settling the cost, even though they acted without my confirmation.While I was out of town with my wife, I missed multiple calls. One caller from 404-Nine five seven 4892 Public Record show name to be *** ********* Also Seen As Jan ******* *********, *** M ******* from ***************************** ************* became increasingly aggressive, insisting on immediate payment. When I mentioned Id address it upon my return, he continued harassing me, eventually days later making an alarming statement that he knows where I live, effectively threatening me and my family.I took this threat seriously and filed a police report against him, providing his phone number and the companys information.I intend to file a criminal complaint against this company and pursue action to hold them accountable. Ive provided all necessary information to my attorney, who will proceed with this matter in due time.

  ABSOLUTELY avoid this contractor. They were scammer and vandal. They didn't finish their job and refused to provided business information so that I could apply for city permit. They lied that they did with the city and told me to lie about their provided services to the city. I refused and gave them bad review. Right after that, they started harassing me by booming my phone with the calls and knocking on my door. They requested me to remove my review on ******* I refused doing it. I finally requested them to stop if not I would call a police. They left; however, an hour later they vandalized my house with big cut trees at the driveway. I will report them to the bussiness board and police.

  This company continues to harass me to pay them a second time. My payment cleared my bank months ago, but they continue to try to force me to pay them more. They are not a honest company and appears to just be scammers. I will NOT be intimidated by them.

  My spouse hired this company from a flyer. They were reasonable; but, it came with a cost. The cut down tree's in our backyard and side drive way. However, upon doing so, they damaged our paved drive way in three sections. My husband contacted the owner, he was suppose to come the following morning; he didn't. He called my husband at 3:30 pm and said, "he was at our house." We wasn't home, the tree company took it upon themselves to place a foam substance and cement to patch up the concrete. Needless to say, it's looks a mess! I went ahead and had a concrete business give me an estimate. I sent the company an email; stating, "I have obtained a quote from a company to properly fix my drive way. I even stayed, they could use their insurance company to find a cheaper rate. To that end, they said, I just want to get a new drive way. Now, they are saying, "your drive way was already damaged. I'm sure not sure if they have insurance, because they wanted me to call there insurance to file a claim and then they told me their insurance company won't pay for the damages to my property. I suggest anyone to shop around first before making your decision; Cheap isn't always great! Especially, if it will cost you more in the long run. It seems as though, they want to argue more than settling the matter. In my opinion, they are finding a way to blame us for their destruction of my property. Furthermore, I'm obtaining a attorney because their bill cost $7,200. But, it will cost us $10,000 to repair what they damaged of the pavement.

  I am VERY disappointed in their service. They came to my house with a 20 minute heads up and I was home sick and had my babies taking a nap so I couldnt even go outside to help move things. They moved a green house, and broke it, with multiple plants in it and didnt put the plants back inside. All of them are dead now. They also moved 3 pillars my husband made with plant beds in them. They broke 2 of them and when they laid them flat they poured out the dirt and plants and now theyre dead too. If they had given us a real heads up we couldve moved all of that for them preventing all of this. While they were moving parts of the tree they cut down they frequently ran into a peach tree we have in the front yard breaking limbs. They also broke our gate and sewer line. They refused to grind the stumps after telling my husband they would. They finally came out 2 days later and cut the ***** flush with the ground but did not grind it below the service. Im very disappointed in their lack of communication and care for the other plants and parts of our property. We gave up fighting with them and now have to hire a fence service, plumbing service, and sumo grinding service. They may be cheap but they are definitely not great or worth it.

  ************************************************************ did a wonderful job for us today!!! Three men showed up, they were professional, fast, cleaned up very nicely afterwards, and were very nice as well. Reasonable price for a great job. We will definitely use them again!

  This company will cut down anyone's trees as long as they're paid they trespass on your property they disrespect your property they leave a mess and don't clean it up anybody that tries to hire this company needs to run it's all about the money I have pictures and videos of them trespassing on my property not only that they cut down trees that they didn't bother to find out if they actually belong to my neighbor but they belong to me I tried to be courteous even after this and asked him to come clean up the mess which I will be fine for by the city for the huge mistake they made on my property which again they have trespassed on with visible signs
