    This is going to be the worst residential garbage pickup company in ***********. This was my second attempt to start service with them. They lie about when you will receive your garbage bin and when you call them up and make them aware they simply ignore your complaint. This company does not care anything about getting new business and clearly does not care about keeping the business that they have.I was told that I would receive my garbage bin a day before the collection that would allow me to put all my refuge in the bin and then leave it on the street I waited until 7:00 p.m. yesterday and I never received my bin and they act as though there's nothing wrong. When a company takes your money they enter into an obligation and if they can't fulfill that obligation they shouldn't take your money!

    My trash has not been collected in 18 days. I call customer service almost daily trying to get someone to come out with no success. We have seen a truck go into the neighborhood across the street and STILL not collect our trash. I have asked to speak to a supervisor or manager with no luck. "They'll call you back in 2-3 days." - if you have another option for trash service in your area then you should stay far away from this company.

    It has now been two weeks since this company last collected my garbage. Garbage collection is supposed to be every week. They keep saying that this is due to a shortage of drivers. This morning I called them again and they said they have hired new drivers and will definitely collect my garbage tomorrow, 15 days after the last pickup. We'll see.

    Constantly misses pickup, phone is never answered. Was on hold for 12 minutes before I was disconnected.
