    Hello, I have a 2019 Yanmar 424 and the hood cracked on it in mid 2022. I called yanmar customer service spoke with ****** I told her that I know this is an issue on these tractors and please do a warranty claim for the unit before the hood completely falls off the unit. She did her job and told me to take pictures I did so I sent her the email and hung up the phone. well the hood broke off completely. Called April back told her the hood is completely broken. She told me to contact dealer too so I did. Talked to Geen. After a few months with no word from anyone. Fast Forward few more months email ******************* and the ******************************** ***** had to email the parts person and unblock my tractor serial number. Fast Forward almost 1 1/2 years called April again she told me it's in the dealers hands now.called Geen he told me that he expects mine mid April and got on yanmar tractor owners group on ******** and made a post got Comments that others have gotten replacements in 1-2 months. I got the hood pieces today. With no apology or anything. After 2 years of waiting This is ridiculous

    ASV is advertising on their website that you can run a brush cutter on a RT-75. impossible without getting your radiator clogged up in about 5 minutes. I *************** flaws regarding gaps on the doors to the engine compartment and not having a reverse fan standard. ASV/Yanmar had their attorney tell me that I should get my attorney to contact them to fix my issue. This can be a serious fire hazard, and its a serious design flaw from ASV. Im very disappointed in ASV/Yanmar for how they handled this serious issue and how they treated me as a customer. I dont want them to go out of business, and I think it's great that they provide jobs for hardworking Americans. I just dont think this is right or the way people should be treated. Love your neighbor as yourself.
