Iv purchased a dirtbike **** ***** around December. I got scammed into buying the extended warranty and was never told the price of it all. They only said it would increase the payment slightly. I was understanding the bike was only 5,000$ but after all fees and “warrenty” it was over double!! 10,300$!! For a USED dirt bike. For that price I could have gotten a new one. And after buying I immediately had issues with the bike, Iv put less then 10 miles on it and it’s completely falling apart and they’ve kept the bike 3 weeks and are now refusing to fix anything! Saying the warranty does not cover those specific issues. Iv was told many different things from many different people. And after signing the papers got a completely different type of treatment. During my last trip up there they even took advantage of my incompetence and made fun of me pretending I was there to be a plumber. Absolutely horrible treatment and I have everything on audio recording. I was completely deceived into buying a faulty product. It’s simply a lemon. One mechanic told me they inspect the bikes on trade in and another one told me to don’t check anything not even the oil. I truly believe this was all done with malicious intent. All I want is them to take the bike back and void the sale. I will never return to this business and I encourage others not to as well.

Customer, ****** *******, came into the dealership to purchase a used ***** race bike. Customer agreed to a payment and then went into the F&I office as all customers do. In F&I, ******, decided that he would want to protect his bike and purchased a tire and wheel warranty along with an extended service contract. These items are a little more expensive on a race bike due to the nature of the bike and what it would be used for. Everything was agreed upon, gone over and all paperwork was signed by ******.

A few days later ****** returned with the bike and his father stating that it was broken. After inspecting the bike, our technicians concluded after inspection that it had been wrecked (which was admitted by ******'s father). Our service department advised him and his father that the warranty would not cover the frame being bent because it had been wrecked, and it was not a manufacturer defect. At this time, ******'s father began yelling at our technicians. They then stated that the tires were dry rotted, however, after inspection, it was concluded they were cut with a razor blade. Our service dept and management decided to make the customer happy that we would cover the new tires, but that they would have to pay for the sub frame that was damaged in the accident. ****** agreed to this deal.

      BBB report

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

      Sincerely,

      ****** *******

That entire response is incredibly inaccurate and now we will be taking legal action. Not only for the faulty product but the lies and now defamation of character upon me and my father. Everything stated by this response was entirely inaccurate. No one ever yelled  during any of these interactions. No one ever admitted that the ***** was wrecked.  We have multiple witnesses stating the true facts of the entire situation. I have multiple voice memo recordings on my iPhone since the very start of all the issues. That along with photo evidence will be PRESENT. I’m sure the business  has cameras with sound so be  sure to pull the footage. I have had NOTHING but issues with the bike since the day of purchase. I've been told several different things from various different people regarding the bike's condition and what is expected of this product. As soon as I agreed to purchase it the entire environment changed. And along with this, the main issues were never the sub frame (that was bent before purchasing)  it was a multitude of factors that could not be seen without actually riding the vehicle. I brought it for Service  for two pieces of plastic to be repaired and  a custom kickstand and I was charged over $800.00 for with (receipts to show proof). And after  purchase and completing this deal I informed of the subframe being bent, and was immediately denied any coverage, even though I purchased the bumper to bumper warranty that the finance manager heavily implied would be necessary to own a vehicle like this. And  regarding the tires, when I dropped off the vehicle, the finance manager and the head service manager,  both stated they have never seen anything like this happen to tires in their over 40 years of business. The date on the tires indicated they were several years old despite the motorcycle being built in 2024. (I have pictures to show proof)
That being said if they were truly cut up with a razor blade, why would the company agree to replace the tires if they  aren’t liable for the defective product?  The head service manager told me to replace the tires was over $700 so why would your company agree to replace them if they were cut with razor blades intentionally? Upon pick up after the tire replacement I even asked to keep the old tires before I dropped it off and when I picked up the vehicle and your service manager stated they immediately discarded them. Why would the company discard the tires that you claim were intentionally cut with a razor blade?  Where is the proof of these horrendous accusations?  I have pictures indicating there is no way a razor blade could’ve caused this kind of default damage. And I think you intentionally discarded  them to hide the fact you had faulty old tires to begin with. Furthermore, aside from the bent frame, I have pictures of the day I purchased it and after the initial drop off for the two pieces of plastic and custom kickstand. I was told two different times by two different people the grips would be replaced because they were mismatched.  Upon arrival, it appeared the bike had been dropped by your staff, making the muffler completely come loose and completely damaging the left grip that was already agreed to be replaced more than once. Nothing has been done about any of this. Whoever replied from this business about the initial BBB report, is an untruthful person and we completely  dispute any such accusations. We have never dealt with such shady business practices. I was a first time buyer of such a vehicle and was entirely taken advantage of from the start. Bullied in your place of business and laughed at upon being coaxed into such a lemon faulty vehicle. I hope no one else around Ridezilla of Albany falls for your disgusting, misleading, untruthful, scamming business practices.

3 months ago I bought a motorcycle from the Albany branch of Ridezilla which sells honda motorcycles and other motorsports vehicles. I financed through a private lender they provided contact with and left on the bike with a temp tag. 3 months later and several calls and texts later they have yet to process the paperwork for the DMV system so I can get a tag at the tag office. This has been an ongoing issue and I cannot legally ride my vehicle which is influencing my ability to get back and forth to work as my only vehicle. I am locked into a debt for a primary vehicle I cannot legally drive due to their disregard and lack of effort. I would like to either return the vehicle or for them to finish the paperwork so that I can obtain a tag and legally ride the vehicle that I'm paying for.
