      OMG! The service dept. is a joke. I've owned a lot of motorcycles in my lifetime of 66 years. I currently own a ****** ******** and a 2015 ****** ******. I purchased the ****** *** approx. 3 years ago from Ridezilla in Albany Georgia. Now for the unbelievable experience that I have been going through in the past few weeks in reference to the so called service dept. I went to the parts department and spoke with Kenny about buying new tires. He ordered 2 new tires from ******. He said they should be in 3 days. We set up to have them installed with David service mgr. I brought the bike in the following week. I made sure to tell Kenny David and Santiago service writer that b4 installing of the tires to make sure to check the DOT date stamp on the tires. I didn't want anything over 1-1/2 years old. I was very adamant about age of the new tires. Well..I picked up the bike,. Then when I got home I looked at the DOT dates. Holy moly! The back tire date was 27/17 (7 years old) The front was 14/23 (less than 2 years old) I rode the bike back up there and all 3 of the guys were shocked. I asked why didn't they looked b4 they installed them? No answer. So that was trip #2 . A week later finally another (after market tire) I paid a premium for a factory ******) no discount of course. So on my way home again I noticed the speedometer wasn't working, I immediately turned around and returned to the store. The mechanic said the cable must have broke. He had order another one. Trip #3 I go to pick up the bike. I noticed the front wheel scrubbing the front fender. I stopped to see why! OMG again!!! They installed the new back tire on the front. (Which is a larger tire) Trip #4.. 2 weeks of a miserable experience I picked the bike up again. So, on a sunny Saturday I told my wife let's ride the ***. OMG AGAIN! The back tire was flat. They had to come pick it up because it wouldn't hold any air. It's like they don't listen to a word I'm saying this is one incompetent service dept.
